A good thing would be to add breakfast to the services, but there are plenty of places around to buy one (oxxo, bakeries, other shops, cafes), so not a such a big deal for us.

Sommelier Loft was a base for us in Chile while traveling among different parts of the country. We stayed more times there and it is 100% recommended from our side - super nice staff, stylish rooms, huge comfy beds, nice bathrooms. When we needed to stay after check-out time, they offered us a shared place upstairs. It was super handy leaving our stuff there (for free) when traveling in different places. The staff tried to help me also when my backpack got stolen, they went to the police station with me and even later (when I was back home) helped me with some info.

Awesome hotel, very modern with a industrial/art/warm take on it. Location was great, right in the heart of downtown, walking distance or a short taxi ride to most of the attractions, restaurants and bars.

The lift was undergoing maintenance during our stay - may have just been bad luck and was fixed within 24h but could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues as the hotel has 6 floors!

Nothing really all very good.

The design of the rooms were very cool and unique. Close to Cerro Santa Lucia and to lots of nice restaurants. We left our bags there all day because of an 11:20 pm flight and it was no problem. Comfy bed and nice modern bathroom.

I was happy with everything, but will note for others: there is no common area, and there's no breakfast or coffee, although the room has a refrigerator. You notify the front desk if you would like a room cleaning or fresh towels. This appears to be a gentrifying neighborhood (with several high-end hotels), so there are some adult stores scattered in with the usual businesses. This place does rent rooms for short term---$30 for 3 hours. I never saw or heard any negative effects from that fact, in fact I don't think anyone else stayed on my floor the entire week. Laundry services two blocks away.

Can't beat the price! Cute room, clean, comfortable bed, great shower. I was on the top floor and it was very quiet. Great location, but you would want to use taxis after dark, daytime traffic is business people headed for work. Very close to bars and restaurants in Lastarria (croissants at Cafe Trieste!) and the downtown area, close to the downtown historical area, the lovely park Cerro Santa Lucia, and to a metro station. Very nice staff. There is a breakfast cafe a few doors down, in case you need to grab something quick before a tour. There are 2 more Sommelier Hotels (different names and higher prices) within a few blocks, so be specific about the address.

There isnt much natural light in the room but that was fine for us as we only had a very short stay. The area is pretty quiet at night which is good but you probably wouldnt want to walk around at night on your own.

The room was really clean and comfortable. The shower was great and bed was huge. The women on reception were really friendly and helpful.

It was the perfect spot to explore Santiago--so close to coffee shops, Parque Forestal, Bellavista, Cerro Hill, the central mercado. The room was super quiet, the showers were hot, bed was a dream. Plus, really cool street art throughout the building and rooms. Loved the modern vibe. The staff were over-the-top helpful in translating info for us via Google Translate and arranged for a taxi to the airport for $33US (which was $10 less than what we paid on arrival!).

the internet connection is really (I mean really) bad. If you plan to work from here, you should consider somewhere else. Even YouTube on television struggles to reach 480-720p. Sometimes sending a WhatsApp message wasn’t working. Also the air conditioning system on our bedroom wasn’t so good, every night even when we set the temperature in 21 grades Celsius it was still hot

The bed is amazing, super large. the pillows are also awesome. the water is hot and bathroom is very good. The staff also is very prepared and quickly helped us in everything we needed, from phone calls to book transfers to corkscrews

Some noises during the night. Pipelines are exposes so there is no noise isolation. Floor had some stains.

Cheap option. Only stayed one night so it was good enough for us. Good size. Easy check in. They got us transportation for the airport.
