Very little English is spoken but we got by with basic Spanish. However the staff are very friendly so we didn’t mind.

We liked the room - super comfy and cosy. The breakfast is superb. The vibe is nice and we slept well. They were very kind in letting us store baggage and use the space after we checked out.

I didn't realize we'd have to pay with cash (it was OK at the end) and I got the standard room, which is a bit smaller than the ones in the photo but the price was great so it is not a complaint. I am very allergic to dustmites and the bed cover would make me sneez lots, we just removed the cape and the decoration pillows and had nice clean bedsheets that didn't make my allergies so wild.

Staff was so friendly, place was cozy and clean, breakfast was good, location was great (2 min from the bus station, close to the beach, close to the city)

The staff is always eager to help you and accommodate any kind of request. The room is very clean and tidy. The main bus terminals are at 5 minutes walking. I couldn't ask more!

Walls were a bit thin, so could hear some noises from other guest as they walked in the courtyard by to their rooms and also through the wall to the kitchen area/laundry room during the mornings. And for such a small town, it does have a decent nightlife, so expect some noises late at night.

Overall, a very good experience. Decided to extend my stay by a day. Room/bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly - and enough spoke English. Internet was very good, but did have issues when somehow the nearest outer/repeater in the area got powered off. The staff turned it back on when I mentioned that the internet was very poor at the time. Breakfast was an excellent feature to my stay. They accommodated a request.

Really nice place that was handy to the bus station and the town centre. The staff spoke excellent English and were easily the friendliest we've met during our 8 months in the Americas. Our bus arrived at 8am and they let us check-in early.

The only downside was very loud music from bar next door on Friday and Saturday night.

Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. Nice little touches like a fridge in room, coffee and tea station. Good breakfast. The hotel has a very relaxed vibe.

Cute and comfortable with a homely feeling. Lovely breakfasts served with homely touches and set you up for the day. The staff though were the main highlight, the owner Barbara and staff member Taina were so helpful and beyond accommodating with everything to do with our stay in Pucon and also helping us with logistics for further travel in Chile. Lovely people, and we were so grateful for their help. Very much recommend! Also, lovely comfy bed and towels :)

The roof in the way to the rooms at the patio is not complete. Not very good for the rain.

Very comfy and clean rooms and nice staff. Close to the town center. Great breakfast to begin your day.
