How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Climate controls in the room were confusing and impossible to see. The lighting in the room wasn't bright enough.
Easy check-in and out. Restaurant was great. Free breakfast was great. Kind English speaking staff.

The airport shuttle service was excellent. I felt safe arriving alone into the country. Communication was excellent and the driver arrived punctually.

Staff in front desk was not particularly helpful. The guy at the front desk did not know how we could charge our laptops and phones ( Chile does not use the same power points than other countries). I don't want to blame him..sometimes.is lack of training.

The area around the hotel isn't very walkable, so maybe plan on taking the bus if you go exploring.
Used the hotel as a base between flights up and down Chile. Comfy beds, friendly staff, decent restaurants and bar on site. Pool was closed for repainting which was a shame, but it looked nice when it was finished :-) The local bus was a short walk away, and the shuttle connected us to back to the airport for our flights and for catching the Centropuerto into town. No problem with storing luggage after you've checked out.

Great location from the airport, they let me check in really early which was great. The room was comfy all around. Staff were amazing and the food was really nice too!

Airport pickup every hour only (fortunately given time fit ideally my arrival). Saying in correspondence that it is complementary, but before booking it is written just as service included in room rate. Only 2 coffee capsules on the room 🙂
Standard and size of the room. Coffee machine. Quick transfer. Close to the airport- ideal for staying overnight after late arrival and early morning departures.

Shower temp/pressure wasn't the greatest.
Easy to use transfer service. Quiet and comfortable place to sleep on our brief layover. We arrived very late and ordered room service which was delicious and reasonably priced. Coffee pod machine in room.

Nothing that we saw. We stayed one night.
Location was close to the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable. Shower room was a good size with good shower pressure. We didn’t use the indoor pool so can’t comment. Had dinner at the restaurant and it was good. Transfer to airport was hassle free.

Can't think of a anything. Everything was perfect.
Reception staff especially Flavia, Claudio and Miguel were excelent, extremely helpful. They solved aĺl my problems. Many thanks to them ! I wiill certainly recommend this hotel to all my friends who plan to visit Buenos Aires.

The lighting in the bedroom is a bit dark. As a result, I left my walking poles in my room on departure - I didn't see them!
The service of the reception staff was outstanding. I had one or two tricky issues during my stay (caused by flight time confusion), which they were a great help with - especially with cancelling one day of my booking. Muchas gracias!

When we arrived at the airport, we could not see the promised shuttle, thus inquired about the shuttle location. A taxi driver with a PAITED WOODEN BOARD with name of the hotel approached us pretending that he was the driver from the hotel. He told us that we will be transferred to hotel free of charge but need to pay $5 as airport entry fees by credit card. As he had the board of hotel name in his hand, we believed. When credit card was given to him near the hotel , the payment got denied by our credit card company as the amount asked was beyond the credit card limit. We tried another card, and same thing happed. When we saw the messages from card company afterwards, it was $3000. But, when we got a call from credit card bank, he hurriedly dropped us near the hotel and fled. This is certainly creating a bad reputation to hotel and hotel should investigate who are these people who are trying to cheat the passengers in their name and book them to police. This is serious matter, hotel management should look in to. This is warning to passengers also.
All things are good except the things stated in "didn't like". The matter is serious

No such thing, all perfect and above my expectations!
I highly recommend staying in La Quinta when you need a night close to the airport. Perfect prices, very good restaurant and incredibly helpful personnel. The airport transfer back and forth works fantastic but make sure you follow the indicated instructions and book your transfer from the airport to the hotel enough time before via whatsapp. The way back to the airport can be scheduled upon arrival even if it's the next day. The room isn't equipped with iron board nor iron itself, but there was no problem in requesting ones at the reception desk. I will definitely be back there!
