I loved the cozy furnishing of the common areas. Also, the kitchen has every thing you need to cook some food. The bathrooms were always very clean and the room big for four people. The breakfast was diverse and plenty. You can also have it packed if you leave early for a day trip! I would stay there again!

Incredible hostel in the centre of Pucon, the best I've stayed in after almost 2 months in South America. It's family run and you can feel this in everything they do from the cosy breakfast through to the homely common areas and even their lovely dogs who say hi as you enter. We particularly loved the amount of outdoor space to relax, eat meals and see Villarica volcano in the background!

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Every thing was amazing. From the moment I arrived, staff communication was excellent, friendly and very helpful. The smell of homemade bread and muffins was delicious. I was personally greeted by a very friendly dog! The property is well maintenance and super clean! It was easy to find and gated for security. Guests were very pleasant! They were able to prepare a bagged lunch for me because I left early for a beautiful hike. I was able to store my backpack for the day at the hostel. When I returned late, they even messaged me to make sure I was ok. For the price, it could not have been more perfect! I was very lucky to choose Lucky’s hostel for my adventure!!

That the breakfast were served after 7am. Even tough it's not a huge problem, It was not possible for me to have my breakfast the day I left. Just be sure if you need to book with breakfast included and problems solved! By the way, the breakfast they serv is very good!!

Everything was great. Location is perfect. Staff was nice. They gave me instructions to the mainly attractions in the city. I higly recommend it. If you are looking for a nice place and don't want to spend a lot of money, book it! You won't regret it.

No comment - it was truly wonderful!!

On arrival the owner waited up for almost an extra hour to check us in. He then proceeded to offer us a free home-made pizza that they’d made for guests earlier that night and commented “you must be hungry after your long travel.” The rooms were immaculate with very clean shared bathrooms. Large kitchen space with all utensils needed. The shared spaces were beautifully decorated with a homely, boutique, chalet-feel. The breakfast was 6,000 CLP and fantastic value for money. Fruit, cereals, yoghurt, eggs, even their own homemade bread!!! Everything about this place including the family that own it are 10/10. Lastly, the owner has great links with local companies and may be able to get you a deal on some tours. Cannot rate highly enough, fantastic value for money and all round experience. Thank you for having us and we hope to return one day!

Slightly earlier breakfast, as you need to start hiking fairly early for the longer hikes.

Great apartment with lots of room, volcano views from the bedroom, and secure parking. Very short walk into town for all of the restaurants and bars, but still quiet in the evening. Very friendly owners, who will give you great advice on where to visit with the time you have available.

Luckys Hostel is a perfect place to stay in Pucon. It is nearby the lake and the City Center. Sebastian is a very kind Host and help me so much with all my travel - questions. The big and quiet garden is a perfect place to relax, it is easy to meet other travellers sind the breakfest with the handmade bread is very delicious. You also have a laundry - service.

It was super clean and pretty, and breakfast muffins were good! The room was nice and bed comfortable. It had everything I needed. Staff was very friendly. They checked me in early and they not only stored my luggage after check out but they offered for me to have a shower after my very muddy hike that last day.

The hostel is really hard to fault! The kitchen could do with a way to make coffee; cafetiere, moka pot, or filter jug.

A wonderful hostel in a peaceful setting on a quiet street. It is near enough to town and grocery shops. The rooms are comfortable, with nice bed linen. Bathrooms are functional, clean, and pleasant. The shared common areas are cosy and make it easy to chat to other travellers. The owner also makes wonderful pizza!
