Everything was brilliant with the hotel. The spa treatment didn’t match the hotels quality. My therapist wore surgical gloves which does not work well with a massage. The standard was generally not great with the whole treatment experience. However, the therapists were very nice.

Beautiful hotel, clean and friendly. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can be. The room was big and comfortable. They thoughtfully left champagne in our room to celebrate our honeymoon. The door staff made us feel safe and were very polite. The food in the terrace restaurant was delicious as were the drinks.

Hotel Magnolia is a stylish hotel with very comfortable rooms and chic communal areas. There is a lovely restaurant and bar on the roof. The breakfast is very good and the service is excellent. The location is excellent - in walking distance of the historic centre and lastarria, a buzzy neighbourhood with good restaurants

Slightly chilly for dinner on terrace even at table with heater. No option to eat inside in the evening unless it was raining.

Very little it was occasionally noisy but nothing unusual for a city hotel.

This is a well located hotel with period style touches. The room was a good size and well appointed. The staff are really good friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. It is well located for downtown.

What a fantastic boutique hotel!! The selection by management of their staff is what made our stay so special! Daniel at the front door and lobby was attentive and polite. Anne Marie and Randi in the breakfast room and roof top restaurant gave excellent professional and friendly service. All such lovely young people who worked diligently to give the hotel high marks because of their professionalism and hospitable welcome to guests. The concierge, who we consulted with daily for our three day stay, was also wonderful to meet with for advise. He was very welcoming and knew the city well to guide us to the not to miss sights. Transportation was booked through him. The sheets in the room were high quality thread count and the pillows very comfortable, as was the bed. Our room had all we needed as far as size and seating to read. A nice shower with fluffy large towels. The room had a mini bar area, safe, plenty of closet space and a large screen tv -if desired for watching. We could not have been more pleasantly surprised to have found such a great small hotel that was ideal for walking the old city area. The library sitting area on the main floor, the roof top restaurant with a varied and interesting menu selection, a separate bar room on the first floor were all one needed to not have to leave the hotel after sightseeing or a day of business. The amazing architectural renovation and added on additional rooms to the original home built in 1929 were superb. Highly recommend a stay at the Magnolia Hotel!

This hotel is an absolute treasure! Every detail was perfect. It was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The staff were wonderfully kind and helpful. Breakfast was also exceptional. We also appreciated the later check out time (12pm) which is a small detail that made our lives easier. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Operationally they can improve a little for the money you pay (e.g. replace things you use from the minibar daily, airport pickup, and fresh water replacement)

We were offered an early breakfast to go with coffee, but the coffee did not make it in the end.

This hotel is a delight for the senses. The design and style are incredible, the rooftop terrace is lovely. The bed and shower are luxurious, the room is spacious. The hotel is located next to a lovely park and around the corner from a great neighborhood, Lastarria, where you can walk, eat, drink, and shop the craft market.

Magnificent Magnolia. I am fortunate to be able to travel widely and often. Hotel Magnolia is magnificent. The attention to detail is second to none. The location is superb-just across the road from the wildly eclectic Cerro Santa Lucia-and in easy walking distance of Santiago’s major sights. Christian and every single person of his team were extremely helpful and accommodating as I checked in and out as I criss crossed Chile 🇨🇱. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Santiago. Muchas gracias to you Christian and your wonderful staff 🇨🇱🙏 I have already posted this review but I forgot to thank Rangiroa the concierge who was very helpful and patient in responding to my many questions before I arrived-muchas gracias Rangiroa.

Service was a bit odd - they had no converters when we asked because we forgot. They found us a phone charger but could not charge anything else. Only one room key that opens the door and another that is for power in the room. When we accidentally switched them they said they had no other cards which was strange for a hotel. Breakfast was just ok.
