My only wish is that the keycard could open the door. However that being said it was always opened within seconds of me walking up.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in the Italian area of Santiago, it's ideally located for visiting the local shops / markets, bars / restaurants etc. Rooms weren't very big but having a terrace to sit on made it feel more spacious and for a city centre hotel I wouldn't expect big rooms usually. All the staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was lovely, its served in the cafe downstairs and there was plenty of choice. The area was a little noisy but that's what you expect of a city centre of a weekend and not the hotels fault!

I wish it had a bigger food offer but the neighbourhood has a lot of options anyway. I just think is easier to find some lunch or dinner options within the hotel

Despite the large balcony, the size of the room is actually quite small. It can barely fit a double bed which is quite small for hotels of this level. Also small details that doesn’t quite match the price tag - poor quality mattress, pillows are uncomfortable, the sliding doors to balconies doesn’t lock properly and barely blocks out any noise from the street.

The hotel is quite new and good looking. Staff was nice and helpful. Even though Santiago is not the best city to enjoy open air but it was nice to have the leafy balcony anyways. Location is good surrounded by nice restaurants and bars and feels safe.

We only had two issues during our stay. The sliding glass doors to our balcony did not lock and the shower doesn't drain properly so you end up standing in a pool of water - both of which need to be fixed.

Great boutique property with only 6 rooms in one of the best neighborhoods in Santiago. Very walkable to countless restaurants, cafes and bars. Great design and comfort - not to mention the room was massive - much more than we needed! All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

I had the bad luck of having my wallet stolen in Santiago. The absolutely wonderful night clerk took us to the police station to make the report. This would have been very intimidating because we don't speak Spanish. We are so grateful for his kindness.

The location was ideal - in the midst of the lively Barrio Italia. The rooms were small, but beautiful and comfortable and the outdoor patios made them feel much larger and were a lovely respite. The breakfasts were incredible, but what really made this place stand out was the staff. Everyone was friendly and ready to help. We needed assistance with renting bikes, and a few other things and the woman at the front desk (I am so sorry I forgot your name) was always ready to help. Thank you! They packed us up breakfast to go this morning because we had to leave early for the airport. Wonderful place to stay!

The major detraction of this delightful little hotel is the size of the rooms. The rooms are small, while being, cute and adequate in every other way.

Location was good in Barro Italia, a delightful area, but a little far away from other major centres and tourist attractions. The breakfast was simple, with limited choices, but within that, excellent and fresh. The staff were amazingly helpful. Friendly, happy, courteous, and obliging, they responded to our every need and request. I would like to mention Nicole, in particular who went out of her way to find out information to enable us to go to the places we wanted to see.

No complaints. Quite compact. At first I thought there was no place to hang clothes but a small space was provided tucked behind the fridge.

Ideal location in an interesting tree lined street and safe neighborhood for strolling small shops and eating inside or out on patios. Staff could speak English well, were very friendly and helpful. Modern attractive finishes, decor and balcony. Spacious shower, modern bathroom. Breakfast offerings included avocado which I loved served in an attractive setting. Elevator helped with bringing suitcase up. As a solo traveler I felt very safe and welcomed here.

Beds are a bit bouncy for two to sleep in, the room had virtually no surface space to put things and was very small in general (16sqm maybe?)- had trouble opening both our suitcases and still walk around the bed. Still, it was a lovely room and stay.

Lovely quaint little hotel in the heart of the trendy Barrio Italia. Room had all we needed and nice bathroom. Safe, hairdryer, coffee machine, minibar, private patio leasing out onto rua Marin which we found surprisingly quiet at night. Good restaurants all around- we loved Casa Luz just 200m up Rua Italia. Delicious breakfast options, friendly and very helpful staff. We would stay again.

The location was amazing. The architectural design was out of this world. Small touches and unique finished throughout. But the best part was the staff for sure. Attended to every need and was such a pleasure to deal with as well. Also it was nice that everyone spoke English
