Very nice place in a nice area with a wonderful host! It ticks all the boxes: very comfy bed, clean, stable WiFi, a decent breakfast, loads of hot water, close to many restaurants and a metro station etcetera. I stayed in one of the rooms with a balcony and it was enormous and a great place to unwind!

Rooms are very simple but functional. Beautiful modernist architecture, a lot of light and air. Would recommend it to everyone.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also available when leaving early (packed breakfast with a cheese and ham sandwich, cereal bar and orange juice), which is such a nice bonus! Sergio is also super friendly and helpful :)

There was a broken window in the room - a smashed window with a hole in it. This is not satisfactory and should've been fixed before you allowed the room to be used. The shower door was also broken. For a chain of guest houses, the maintenance of the place is substandard.....you could easily get those two things fixed within a day.....very disappointing.

Just minor things, there's AC in the room but they removed the remote control for some reason, so you can't use it. The fan they provide instead does not really help as it's very low on the floor and the airflow gets blocket by the bed.

Very clean and cosy room, the bed was super comfortable. Friendly staff. Neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe. Short walk to the metro station. Would definitely return.

While the initial breakfast was good, the daily repetition becomes monotonous for longer stays. The breakfast room could use more tables, as waiting times for seating were occasionally long. Addressing these issues could improve the overall experience.

Our recent stay at this accommodation was notably pleasant. The rooms provided a comfortable retreat, complete with heating to ensure a cozy atmosphere. The convenience of finding a hairdryer at the reception, coupled with consistently warm water for showers, added to the overall comfort of our stay. A standout feature was the ease of communication with the staff through WhatsApp, making it convenient to address any inquiries or requests.

I stayed in 4 different rooms over 4 different bookings. The rooms I stayed in at the back of the property were cold, especially the 1st room I slept in it was like walking into a fridge and the only warm place was in bed. The rooms have heating but I was told they were down for maintenance. Each room had a aircon which can also be used for heating but they removed the remote controls so you couldn't use them, so I'm taking the maintenance story with a grain of salt. One positive about the heating/rooms is the last room I stayed in did not have heating but they were kind enough to leave the aircon remote in the room. If it's cold heat the rooms, it does mention heating in your property description.....

Location and staff are great. Beds are comfy.

I had a very long stay so the only thing I could think of for improvement would be more options and fruits for breakfast, but I enjoyed it nevertheless!

Alessandra is the best receptionist I've ever met! She's so sweet and helpful, always answering fast to any requests and ready to help with anything anytime! Knowing I could ask anything through whatsapp made me feel safe in the hostal that's also located in a very good area in Providencia with universities, embassies and the metro close by. The room was clean, warm and super cozy, all the staff are very kind and work hard doing an amazing job cleaning and fixing anything needed! Thank you so much, besos :)

The room was very large and comfortable. The hostal is in a good location. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. Communication with the staff was very easy and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

I am not afraid to say, that it was to nicest accomodation in which I have ever stayed. For sure, someone whould say about the luxury hotels etc. But this house, our room, location and communication was amazing! I have to really say thank you for amazing time Santiago, because this hostel was very big part of it!
