Wi-Fi is practically non-existent. Don't come here if you need to work. For the hostel owners: install starlink, we are in 2024 and the service is available in your zone.

Nice hostel however definitely not good for working. Staff was excellent and the breakfast amazing.

Everything!! Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful, even cleaning staff are so lovely. Very clean, bathrooms were clean and maintained at all times. Shower had shampoo etc and lots of hooks for towels/clothes. Location close to the Main Street. Breakfast was really nice, loved the pancakes! Wifi was good. Would stay again!

This is one of the nicest hostal I have ever stayed in! The four bed doors have a curtain so you’re really staying with one person. There are lockers and large shelves. The beds are comfortable and the maid cleans every day. Plenty of showers And toilets so you never have to wait. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. I strongly advise you contact them and book your tours with them, as they work with good operators at great prices. I loved my stay there!

Cleanest hostel I’ve been to in Argentina/Chile/Brasil. Staff is super friendly and knows a lot about the area, gives honest recommendations, books tours, always looks if everything is alright :). I would recommend it to everyone! Gracias!

Comfortable rooms, great clean kitchen, indoor and outdoor spaces, hot showers. We heard breakfast is great, we didn’t get to have it but they made us a a snack pack for our ridiculously early flight (up at 2am) which saved us in Calama Airport where everything was closed. They helped us with SIM cards and booking the airport transfer. Had a hairdryer to use because voltage is different. Also thanks so much to the gentleman at reception from Santiago who gave us such a good recommendation for a restaurant in Santiago during our layover- it was delicious!!

I stayed in a single room which was large enough only for a bed, but the price, location, and other amenities made this not a problem. Plus it’s a hostal, not a luxury hotel.

Location is very central and close to main town with restaurants and bike rentals on Caracoles street. I had early tours daily and missed the formal breakfast, but was given a daily baggie with snacks and juices prior to breakfast being prepared. Bathrooms very clean with hot water for showers. Good wifi. Comfortable with lounge area with hammocks.

There are racks and lockers for your big luggage and small bad respectively. Staff are friendly and the hostel always keep clean. Power source is available for each bed. Wifi is good.

Staff is very helpful about excursions, food, etc in the city and area. Very appreciated it Location is near the main street, about 5 mins. It is a huge plus, as no noise and crowds near the hostel, but everything (souvenirs, groceries, excursions) is nearby Breakfast is ready, even if your excursion starts at 4 am There are lockers in the room. The staff here are amazing, so helpful, friendly and hardworking. Everywhere is spotless, and it has the small things like shower gel and towels provided. The breakfasts were great, especially the bags if you need to leave early. The hostel has a really nice cheery atmosphere. Fab!

Our room was right beside the common area so could be a little noisy, not too much of an issue though as everyone tends to be on tours late or sleep early.

Perfect spot for exploring Atacama from. Sebastian from the front desk was extremely helpful liaising with the airport about our lost luggage, and sorted tours for the next day out at 9pm! We were grateful for their help. They provide a great packed breakfast for those starting early.

The rooms were rather warm during night. There is a fan in every room but we just dont like having it running during night. Best to keep window open to get fresh air in during night.

I have hardly ever seen a place that clean, both the shared kitchen and own room. Excellent breakfast with many options. They prepare fresh pancakes and scrambled eggs for you. Fresh freut salad every morning. Buffett with cheese, ham, Nutella, different Joghurts, tomatoes, marmelade, dulce. Incredibly friendly staff, helped and arranged tour bookings for us. Super common area with 2 hammocks to relax during the afternoons. Perfect spot to connect with other travellers. We extended our stay twice, but unfortunately then had to move out as it was fully booked.
