Beautiful, relaxing property with a small swimming pool. Tropical vegetation surrounds all of the rooms. Very quiet. Well maintained by the family owners. They were very helpful in advising about all aspects of the island.

For where it is located on a remote island, it was great.

It was conveniently located. It was surrounded by foliage. The innkeeper was amazingly hospitable.

I was hoping there was going to be food/bar on site but they are still in the process of reviving that service since the pandemic. In fact, it may be open by now.

Owners are delightful! Loved that the booking included transfer to/from the airport and breakfast. The fresh scrambled eggs at breakfast were delicious! Figuring out how to book tours, and which tour company to use before the visit was causing me a lot of stress before the trip. Once I understood that I could simply book through the hotel, I was quite relieved. The breakfast / common area is nicely themed and well maintained. Having A/C in my room was wonderful. Though the rooms are a bit rustic (which I knew when I reserved) I slept well.

Perfect location, near restaurants, shops, close to the sea, and near the church (we were during the Easter and it was amazing experience). Hotel provide free transfer from and to the airport. Host and all staff were very helpful, polite, positive. Ambiente is very polynesian, with lot of tropic plants and trees, with small swimming pool in the middle of property and nice open restaurant.

Lots of insects and bugs in the room but probably unavoidable in a location like this (everyone had this problem, also in other hotels)

Super friendly staff, great breakfast. Perfect location, walking disctance to beaches and port. Very beautiful garden and pool, perfect to relax. My flight was delayed but they let me stay in the room until 6pm without any upcharges :-)

Amazing hospitality— I’m so grateful they booked & organized a guided tour of the national parks for me on a *really* short notice (the very morning I asked for it). The property is a dream & breakfast was excellent. Location could not be more central.

The property is unique because it has fauna and trees that have been cultivated over years. You can't bring that in and create it. Been there for a long time The location is excellent. You can walk to town and to the beach Steve is welcoming and they had to pick up service to and from the airport

We has some trouble with the hot water being consistent in the shower.

Perfect location, very jungle like. It felt cozy and even though it was in town it was like an island. Lots of plants, bamboo and thatch. Wish we had had time to use the pool. Hosts were great.

AC / heater unit - a little difficult to operate the controller. Otherwise all was good!

Great location near the marina, beaches & Main Street with everything you need. Staff & service is excellent & they provide a nice light breakfast to start your busy day. Tours to visit all the main sites around the island can be scheduled through this hotel. Benjamin & his staff are very mindful of everything you need.
