Despite being advertised as beachfront, it is not. It sits behind the town square, with another street between the square and the beach. You cannot see the sea from anywhere in the hotel. That description is misleading and should be changed. Breakfast was disappointing.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good bathrooms. Convenient central location in the town.

Room that Leaks/ No emergency number.

I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I woke up at 6 AM with water dripping from the ceiling. I immediately called the hotel to report the issue, but no one answered. After several attempts, my partner and I decided to go to the front desk. To our surprise, no one was there either. We returned to the room and decided to wait until someone brought our scheduled breakfast to speak to them. When the breakfast was delivered, the person did not apologize. They simply remarked that it was unusual for such an incident to occur and began to look for possible causes of the leak. We told him that we were not interested in their explanations since we had paid to stay in a quiet place to rest. The person insisted on providing explanations, questioning what we were saying. We then mentioned that the worst part was that we had tried to go to the front desk and called on the phone, to which the person responded that the front desk staff should have informed us that they do not attend at night. He used an inquisitorial tone. When we told him that no one answered the phone and asked what should be done in an emergency like this (imagine if it had been something more serious than a leak), he did not respond and just stared at the ceiling, saying that this usually didn’t happen, and kept looking for explanations for the leak without even listening to us. He left without offering an apology. When we were leaving we were offered the possibility of staying another night for free, but who wants to stay in a hotel room that leaks when it rains. Unrelated to the leak issue, we also do not recommend the hotel also because the room we stayed in, named Topocalma, is noisy. It seems there is a corridor or door behind the wall next to the bed, and every time it is closed, it creates a loud noise and causes the wall to vibrate. In sum, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

    Nothing in particular.

First time in Chile that Booking.com price was not accepted. They added about $15 to total. Every other reservation said Total Price and that's what í paid the taxes and other fees below the Total Price were never charged until this place. .

    Way overpriced + moldy room

The bathroom is full (!!!!) of mold! The whole room felt very humid and there was a moldy smell. There was an automatic airfreshener to cover it up a bit. We felt it was not good for our health to stay here. We only stayed because almost all of the other hotels in Pichilemu were full. Because of the bad wether the staff recommended we take our breakfast inside the room but we changed it to the terrace because we wanted to spend as little time as possible in our room. Breakfast is 'included' but it's very basic! You have to pay extra if you want eggs/ cappucino. If you pay extra your breakfast consists of: 2 toasts with egg, a specialty coffee, something sweet (brownie). The food was ok, but it doesn't make sense to us that you have to pay extra for this. Or in that case, don't say that breakfast is included. One of the lights in the bathroom was broken. The room is very basic, there were stains on the walls and mirror, the toilet roll holder was broken off, there was chipped paint (after trying to paint over the mold), ... We felt like this hotel was VERY overpriced for the room we got and the problems it had.

Very friendly staff at the reception as well as the sweet cleaning staff. Nice terrace with a fire in the evening, but there was a weird smell. Spacious bed- and bathroom. Nice location close to the beach and next to 2 really nice restaurants (Merluza & Pulpo)

They are a bit understaffed so the check in process was rather uncomfortable. Waited for about 10 minutes alone in the reception until someone came to help me. They don't really have proper parking space as it was said in their website. It's just the street in front of the hotel.

The staff was friendly. The location is good if you want to be in the heart of Pichilemu. Of you want something more secluded I would look for something in Punta de Lobos. The bonfire that is made every night is a very nice touch. Rooms were clean and modern.
