The immediate neighborhood was a little sketchy. I'd have taken Uber at night---but it's light til 9 in Santiago.

Awesome value in a very nice hotel, bar and cafe on first floor. About 6 blocks from a wonderful neighborhood with tons of restaurants.

No restaurant in the hotel, only a cafeteria and bar.

Location is good, in the center of Santiago, walking distance to many attractions. The beds were very comfortable. Bring your adapter for electronics, I forgot mine, but the guy at the reception borrowed me one, which was very nice of him.

Room was very minimalistic. No fridge, no amenities and shower didn't even have soap holder

One of the receptionists was kind of grumpy. There was no chair in the room. We were two and there were no hand towel supplies or soap for both of us. We needed to ask for them and we got bathtowels. And probably a minor detail, but together with my toiletries I left an empty bottle which I collect and it was thrown away, though it wasn't in the bin. 🤬

The breakfast experiense was caotic. The staff were plaing music and sang along to it, having loud conversations and treating the resturant as there own playground. It was unorganised and loud.

hot water is not hot, it’s just warm. also the tap in bathroom is kinda weird…. but if there was really hot water I’d not complain about anything

location is good, room is nice , modern and clean. every day cleaning. it was quiet so I slept well as much as I wanted , nothing bothered me.

As the comments from other guests mentioned, the hot water is not very hot. In the breakfast, the supply of food to replace what is finished is not very efficient. The scrambled eggs are mixed with ham which is problematic for vegetarians.

It was clean and the location was very good if you are interested in strolling around La Moneda, the municipal market and the historic city center. Very close to the metro station to go to other neighborhoods. Although, the neighborhood is full of grafitti and the streets dont look very clean, but that is typical of many city centers. If you like night life be aware that everything is closed at night in the surroundings.

Breakfast was rather basic and unfortunately bread and butter was out of stock two days in a row, even though we were not particularly late.

Room was clean and modern, AC worked fine, people at the reception where very friendly and helpful in organising a taxi and storing our luggage as we arrived before the official check-in time.

Located close to the city center and metro station. Good to explore Santiago. Quiet and clean room. Breakfast was OK.

The place was comfortable and clean, staff were friendly, and the location is good. Perfect for a night stopover and would have been happy to stay there longer. Breakfast was good, too.

Well equipped, well organized hotel at an excellent location (central and still quiet). Facilities are all very fine + good breakfast and helpful staff. Be be well recommended for leisure and business.

The hotel it s downtown and very closed Santa Lúcia subway station, the room is very comfortable, shower good and hot, breakfast is very good, the only bad thing is television, very very bad (specially now in Qatar coup)!
