The town feels pretty down at heel and we attempted to walk along the beach into town but it didn’t really feel safe so we had to cab everywhere. The beach was covered in rubbish from the river flowing through town carrying an unusual amount of water and rubbish along with it. They were trying to tidy it-such a shame as the beach is a sweeping sandy bay and quite lovely.

Very nice hotel for our stop over between Arequipa and San Pedro de Atacama. Very comfy rooms-we upgraded to a front seat view which was very nice to wake up to. Lovely swimming pool and nice staff. The restaurant was good and they tried really hard to accommodate my coeliac diet with mixed results-our last meal made me unwell unfortunately on my overnight bus. Not a great experience!

The hotel in a way felt like HOME! i was travelling on my motorcycle, arrtiving from PERU, where it was difficult to find hotels such as this one!

I highly recomand this location. If You are in transit from Peru/Bolivia to Atacama, this is the best place to stay one or two days for relax and recharge your energy. It is the best place in the area!

It was a little bit out of the way. The rooms could have been cleaner. There was dust on the furniture and a sock under the bed.

The hotel was new and modern. Rooms were nice and bathroom was nice and bright. Breakfast was good.

We had issues with the payment as they couldn’t exchange the dollars to pay for the hotel. We had to go to the mall to exchange the dollars. They should be able to offer this service

Never have we encountered such rude and unhelpful restaurant staff. We were there on the night of 7th January..2 women and one man on duty at the restaurant. The thinner woman could not have made her dislike for us more apparent. They all didn't want to serve us, but she pointed a knife at us when we asked where to sit, and then slammed the qr code down on our table when asked for a menu. She seemed to think she was too important to bother with us. If she worked for me I would sack her on the spot. The other 2 generally ignored us but at least were not offensive. We complained immediately to reception. We confronted the rude woman at the end of our meal and said she was rude and we would complain about her. Her reply was..well you don't know my name so what difference will that make. I am going to complain directly about her to Accor management at the end of our trip. I am a gold member and will make quite clear to them that her behaviour reflects badly on the chain as a whole. I have never felt so angry or unhappy about service and staff at an Accor hotel, where generally I have been very happy to stay at these hotels.

The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. It's new and it's comfortable but.....

The Hotel is right at the beach. A number of Discos/night clubs are close neighbors. However, there is no noise in the hotel room or at most minimal if you are noise sensitive. Parking in front of the hotel is good, but the main parking is a sort of remote and I did not feel safe there. From the room you have a great view on the beach.

The laundry was delayed by several hours which delayed my return trip. I know they were doing their best, so not a big deal.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous and exceeded expectations. Brand new with the best of everything. The breakfast was phenomenal. I even booked a massage, which was good. The staff was kind and helpful. I loved being steps from the beach!

Room noisy if near elevator.

Nice buisness hotel. Close to the beach. Good brekafast and fitness center. I went jogging a few times on the beach. Very close to the hotel. Parking was good and lot's of space.

The hotel is located very close to Chinchorro Beach, nice view and close to the Wetlands. the pool is nice and the restaurant is great
