Great rooms, excellent service, comfortable facilities, perfect location, good value. Vey nce pool. Breakfast is basic but the view of the sea makes it wonderful. Supermarket and gym nearby. Old town and main square very close.

It's can see hotel is old. Also, breakfast time, not offered nothing from seafood. And, it is in town where fresh seafood at the each corner. The quality of the fruit leaves much to be desired. Also, from vegetables are only tomatoes.

The room on the street side suffers from noise even at night, and there were loud dogs barking from upstairs at one night.

Some staff are very helpful. They helped to change my room after 2 nights. The location of the hotel is great, just across the street from the city center, and along the coast.

Buffet breakfast could do with a bit more variety, e.g. some bacon with the eggs, fresh juices and some sliced veggies (tomato, cucumber, peppers etc.). Full showers instead of bathtubs would be welcome. Staff sometimes a little grim, a bit more smiling could go a long way. Were not really competent when helping with restaurant recommendations or tour operators.

Outer appearance is quite dated and unappealing, but once inside, the refurbished interiors make a huge difference and the atmosphere is calm and slightly sophisticated. Rooms are good in size with contemporary design. Even the ones facing the city and a busy road are quite well isolated and not too loud. Beautiful views of the ocean from the restaurant terrace. You almost feel somewhere in the Caribbean. Nice pool. Very quick lifts - you never wait more than 30 seconds. Waiting personnel was very kind and service-oriented. Central location with easy access to everywhere.

The room is on the side of the road which is noisy.

Close to the beach, restaurant in front of Pacific Ocean. The view is fantastic when we have free breakfast in the morning . The staff is very nice, calling taxi for us, filling our bottle of water. Always there to help.

Through the line an excellent stay. Must book sea view room on your left when seeing the picture above. formidable service by Claudia at the reception. She fixed my mistake of a double booking with a smile and offered us an upgrade on top. (She deserves a leadership position!). The restaurant and it’s service and location is an eye-opener. Rooms are large and clean and functional. Great location! Visit the fish market in the morning; very picturesque and just 15 minutes walk. Large and secure parking.

Everything was great.

Everything. The staff are extremely helpful. When my tour didn’t happen, within half an hour they organised a taxi for me to take me wherever I wanted. The room had everything you need. The bed was comfy I struggled to wake up. The breakfast was rich and great, with a variety of fruit, vegetables for salad, breads and pastries, everything. Also, the breakfast view was fabulous. The Internet was fast, too.
