Can be noisy from clubs- but not as bad as other reviews made it out to be. Depends how light of a sleeper you ate.

Massive massive hostel. Really good beds- not creaky or wobbly. Big lockers. The whole hostel is kept super clean. Kitchen and dining great. 24 hr reception. 10mins to train station. Cool neighbourhood. Bathrooms within dorm and also outside.

Kitchen was not well equipped and not clean. Since the clubs are nearby it's very noisy most of the night.

Staff was really helpful and friendly. The common areas are nice, except the kitchen. Bathrooms were clean. Earplugs for free at the bed to help to cancel the noise of Bellavista while sleeping.

Very noisy. They provide ear plugs, but still there will be music played in next door bars until early in the morning on weekends and some week nights.

Very noisy from adjacent clubs. Most go until 4am in the morning. Ear plugs help but the base is pretty hard to miss. The hostel has double glazed the windows which helps. They have daily events but they really need a staff member to round people up and try and get them to socialise more. It's a big space and it can feel quite empty even when lots of people are around. The internet was temperamental at times and the tv room could do with a few extra wall plugs.

Very loud until 5am almost everyday. They do offer earplugs which reduces 95 of the noise. Run by volunteers with personalities

If you like to party every night, stay here. It’s located in the party district. Newish everything, facility is great.

It's not very social, and the pubcrawl is a tourist trap don't fall for it, I paid 20,000 and didn't get the drink at the first bar and i wasnt having a good time, so I didn't want to go anymore, asked for my money back they told me that I would get my refund but then they kept the money I had to confront the person in charge and finally got my money back after arguing with them, money hungry and dishonest people make this business look bad.

The hostel felt eerily big given how many people were there, especially considering it's peak tourist season. The room was also quite hot.

The table football, table tennis, darts and free tea were great. I was worried what the noise would be like after reading other reviews but with the earplugs there was no problem.

Great location. I was able to walk to most places around Santiago and if you don't want to walk much there is a ton of bars and restaurants around. I recommend the Patio Bellavista, its just a few meters away and they have a lot of food options. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a desk 24hrs which is great if you arrive on a late flight. I didn't use the kitchen but it is available and I saw a lot of guests using it. There is a outdoors patio in the middle which is great to hangout and meet other travelers.

EXTREMELY loud every single night (I’ve been there a week). It literally feels like sleeping on a dance floor. So don’t stay here if you need to rest and work, wax earplugs are not enough. If you wanna party, perfect location - you’re in the middle of everything. There was only one bathroom in the building where my room was, to be shared by several rooms. It was often very dirty and lacking toilet paper and soap. Kitchen lacking many essentials.

Stayed only one night. As I went out, I did not bother the nightlife noice around. But if you want to sleep (at least on weekends), this might not be the right place. 😅 very friendly and helpful staff. Nice patio to hang out. Vibrant neighborhood although I wouldn’t feel all safe and comfortable to walk around at night as a woman.

The noise from the clubs outside can be pretty annoying at night. Obviously that's not the hostel's fault and they're doing what they can (free earplugs). I was able to sleep when using earplugs, but it's probably not the place for light sleepers.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hostel was clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable and lockers are large. They offer free tea at the reception. Location is close to a metro station and a short walk to the centre. Also close to Cerro San Cristobal (good option for morning walks!).

It’s in an area with a lot of bars so it can be noisy til quite late. It’s muffled in the rooms but can still here the music.

Comfortable beds with personal lights and shelves for storage. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were great. The reception staff were very nice. The location was good too
