We stayed six nights at the apartment and really enjoyed our stay there. We were 4 people and used two of the three bedrooms (the third one has a single bed) and the two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to make us breakfast (coffee machine, toaster, water kettle...). The beds were comfy; a few towels were provided. There wasn't any room service but we did not expect that anyway. The apartment is ideally located in the center, close to nearly everything that's interesting. It's also close to a metro station (please be aware of the seriously good pickpockets in Santiago - we lost a smartphone on the metro to them). Supermarkets can be found close by. As it is in the center center you will have to live with some street noise (the bedrooms face the street) - nothing my ear plugs couldn't handle. The keys and the opening of the door of the apartment and the gate downstairs are a bit tricky at the beginning - ask the host Christian to show you how it is done; he's very helpful and will surely explain!

We arrived earlier than expected but Christian came straight away to let us in and show us the apartment. Location was great- only meters from Santa Lucia metro so very easy to get around. We even used the BIP card to go all the way to the airport on the day we left. A 3 bedroom apartment was more than the 2 of us needed, but it was great to have space and a kitchen for less than the cost of a hotel. Also, extremely secure property.

Christian was easily available to communicate with and very helpful for our stay including doing some laundry. The building security was good and mini marts close by and only a short walk to a bigger supermarket. The location was great within easy walking distance of cafes and restaurants in the Lastarria. About 10 minutes to Plaza Armas and the tourist info. Also about a 20 minute walk to Bellavista and Cristobel hill vernacular. The spacious three bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathroom apartment included a large comfortable living room and large dining table. The kitchen had all the basics ( would be good to add a small sharp vegetable knife and vegetable peeler and a new dish draining rack). While no bath mats, there plenty of bath towels for our use, however they were very old and thin also the the bathroom shelf including the hand towel rack was old and flaking with rust.

Great apartment right in the center of Santiago , walking distance to the histrical buildings, ceroo santa lucia and the lovely restaurants of Lagarrita. The apartment is confortable and homely and the 3seaparte bedroom make it easy to share in 3 to 6 people. The host was very responsive and everything was extremely smooth. Great find and great value.

We stayed here twice in the one trip as didn't feel it was worth risking trying a new place when this one was so great. Big apartment, great location and lovely staff with host Cristian and concerje Armando. Cristian was super accommodating to our group and we really appreciated it.

Another brilliant stay at Cristian's Plaza Huelen accommodation, located Santiago historic centre, close to everything. Easy pickup for day tours or walk across the street to a major park that allows to to see all over Santiago. Or open your bedroom window/door for a great view. [7th floor] Cristian is very easy to get on with and always makes certain access is done personally or by his staff. The apartment is clean, secure, and very spacious with at old period style decor - just beautiful. I used this 3 bedroom for me solo, now for the second time. Great WiFi. Would I stay again or recommend Cristian's accommodation - YES, ABSOLUTELY.

Good location, very safe accommodation. Cristian was amazing, my flight was 50 minutes late and clearing customs, .. arrived around midnight. I had no cash for the taxi, Cristian fixed the driver and Cristian added to accommodation cost. Beware banks and ATM are closed in Santiago on Saturday and Sunday. WiFi was excellent and fast. I loved the period style of the apartment. Would totally recommend it. I am staying another 2 nights on my return from Easter Island.
