Location was very quiet and within walking distance of restaurants and the city (about 30/40 minutes) Room was quirky with everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Ignacio and his wife were lovely generous hosts with nothing too much trouble (and they didn't laugh at my attempts to speak Spanish!) Breakfast was decent

The room was in a beautiful old building and hence had squeaky floors but essentially it was very quiet even though there was a plethora of bars and restaurants around the corner.

Ignacio, our host, was excellent and aside from providing a wonderful breakfast recommended, Ruben, a friendly taxi driver who got us from and to the airport on time.

The place is in a safe area of Santiago so the location is good. Also, the host was very friendly. I had some issues with my flight to Santiago but the host tried to help me as much as he could and was also very responsive to my messages. The breakfast was also good! I would definitely come back when I get a chance to visit Santiago again.

There was no table in the small common space to eat breakfast. Eating in the room was a bit cramped.

Karla was really very friendly, accommodating, and communicative. She allowed us to check in early after our overnight flight from the US. She also brought breakfast every morning exactly at the time requested. The place is about a 10 minute walk from the metro, which can take you to any part of the city. The neighborhood is older but fine for us. If you are looking for glitz, stay further east.

My own lack of speaking the local language was difficult. But as far as the accomodations....it was just what we had hoped for.

Exceptionally nice owner! Wonderful location convenient to restaurants and bars. Very charming and safe location. It felt like home. Ignacio was very patient withy lack of Spanish language skills.

I like everything just fine. The shower is small and the doors will need some attention soon, but it was clean and bright through a small skylight. So this is not a negative.

Ignacio and Carla were a delight. The place was so much more authentic than staying at a conventional hotel. My attic bed was super comfy and cozy, the neighborhood completely safe and with lots of young people about. I walked to Liguria for dinner. It was a perfect ending to my Chilean journey and next time I'll be back with my husband. (Sharing view through my attic skylight. At night, the moon shown through - great!

We had an excellent stay in B&B Providencia. The room is exactly what you need for a few days. Ignacio and his family are very warm hosts, preparing breakfast every day and providing any sort of assistance and insights needed. We definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect!

What we like the most was the hospitality, service and the careful way we were received by Ignacio and his beautiful wife. Both are exceptional human beings, really, there are few people in the world with such a nice heart and energy. They made the difference in our time in Santiago. The staff was so nice and helpful even with things outside of my stay, like helping with advice on how to get around and even printing my concert tickets. The breakfast was fulfilling. The location is great close to restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and train station. It felt very safe even when I was traveling alone with a child. Would definitely recommend.

Only drawback is B&B does not have an elevator, so the flight of stairs with heavy luggage could be challenging, but the hosts were actively helping us.

Located on a quiet street which is a few minutes walk from Manuel Montt Metro Station; staff Clara & Claudia were helpful, friendly and responsive; honest at operating credit card machine. fun attic room, breakfast served in room with wide variety. Lovely B&B decor.

The host, Ignacio, was incredible. He was so helpful and attentive and ensured we had a phenomenal stay. Breakfast brought to the room was delicious and punctual, and Ignacio even made us a takeaway breakfast when we had to leave early to catch a flight. Best Bed & Breakfast we’ve ever stayed at!

Everything about this property was good. I arrived early and they were able to accomodate me with an early check-in. The breakfast was very good and I greatly enjoyed my stay. If/when I return to Santiago, this will be the place I will try to stay.
