I liked everything!

Right sized, cozy and comfy rooms. The bathroom has a super-techie and wonderful shower. Climatization was on point. Breakfast was also very tasty and healthy. The lady in charge was very kind and helpful.

Spacious and clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast including cheese, ham, vegetables, fruit, muesli and eggs. We were offered a welcome drink. Location is close to the bus terminal and in 10 min walking distance to the city centre.

Temperature control was a little difficult. Too hot with the radiator on and too cold with the open window. Beds were a little uncomfortable.

Great location in town, and especially convenient for our early morning bus ride. Great breakfast! Loved that they opened at 6 so we could eat before we left, and the staff was wonderful. Great shower.

The room was a little chilly overnight but then the heat kicks on in the am. No elevators but being on the second floor wasnt bad. Wish breakfast was until 10-1030.

Breakfast was great and hot. The views were pretty amazing all around. The roof top bar is cool too. You can catch the sunrise up there. The food at the bar is ok, but the atmosphere is very chill and comfortable.

The breakfast was wonderful! The staff made us eggs every morning which were a great supplement to the other offerings. There is a coffee machine that can make lattes, too!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Everyone spoke English very well, which was nice for our group. The morning breakfast was just what we needed, especially with the cooked to order scrambled eggs! I've stayed here three times and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Puerto Natales.

I have a mobility issue, and the property was accessible — I was able to “drive” my scooter right into my room. Both of the staff we interacted with were wonderful and spoke English fluently. The location was good as well. A few blocks from the hotel were a number of restaurants that were good.

The pillows were a bit too thick. I prefer squishy, thin pillows, but that is prett6 idiosyncratic on my part.

We had a fabulous stay both before and after hiking the O in Torres Del Paine. Sheuen stored our luggage during the week in between and we enjoyed the facilities in the shared kitchen and the wonderful breakfast!

The hotel offers exceptional value. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated and fitted out to a high standard, very large comfortable bed, bathroom with large high tech power shower and modern wash hand basin etc, all spotlessly clean. Generous breakfast with freshly cooked scrambled eggs. That said, it is the management and staff that deserve the highest praise, fluent in English and Spanish, because of their care and dedication to helping guests. Highly recommend.

Convenient location, staff very responsive via Whatapp, comfy beds, nice shower. Staff made sure we got breakfast on time and made us scrambled eggs daily even though we were the only ones who requested to eat at 6am. Only 15 min walk from bus station so we walked when we first got in. We had to leave early when we checked out so they helped us call a taxi and they came right away.

There is no elevator and some rooms are up 3 flights of stairs ( which aren’t covered if it’s rainy) so if you have mobility issues ensure you get a room on the ground floor

BREAKFAST WAS OK. THE LOCATION IS GREAT AND QUIET. EVEN THOUGH OUR SPANISH SUCKS WE SEEMED TO GET ALONG JUST FINE.
