While we were only there for a night, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. The view from the room was great. All hotel staff we communicated with were helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the dinner and breakfast.

Absolutely loved this hotel and its more "remote" location (about 5-8 minute cab ride from center town). The rooms and common areas are gorgeous, we had a delicious dinner and breakfast at the hotel as well. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The room was comfortable and the bathroom (beautiful bathtub and gorgeous shower) were amazing (especially after hiking in TdP for 4 days!).

Only one vegan option on dinner menu (which was a starter). Although this was made up for at breakfast when we were served with a selection of vegan baked goods.

Fabulous family run hotel. It feels really homely the minute you walk in. All the staff are very friendly and helpful with loads of local knowledge. It is a striking building with amazing views from the restaurant. The rooms are extremely comfortable, without fault.

I loved everything about my two-night stay. The room was beautiful and spotless with an unbeatable view of the Last Hope Sound. Fresh ingredients at breakfast and dinner. Above all, husband and wife owners and their staff looked after me as if I were family. Wanted a lovely, peaceful place to rest and reflect after a 9-day trek in Torres del Paine. Simple Patagonia was perfect.

Beautiful building, rooms and tasteful finishes. Excellent breakfast. Made accommodations for gluten and dairy free diet. Nice setting but far from town if you don’t have car it’s a 45 min walk along hwy in wind.

Hotel Simple Patagonia is simply perfect. The food was beautifully prepared, fresh with the best ingredients. The room - super clean and well appointed with amazing views. Staff friendly and always and helpful with a smile. On the edge of town - a 45 min walk if you want some exercise or 5 min taxi ride Tranquil, restful and very quite. It was the very best experience and I highly recommend it. It exceeded my expectations. You will not be disappointed. 12/10 that’s the score I give for PERFECT.

we stayed here twice and it became one of our favourite hotels. the rooms are simple but just gorgeous and the shared spaces are welcoming with those incredible views. we ate in the restaurant and it was also excellent. the owners and staff were very very helpful.

This hotel is close to the lake with a beautiful view onto the lake and into the mountains. Although the weather wasn't that nice it was amazing to watch the nature of the lake. Waking up with a view to the lake was very unique

This serene boutique hotel is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. We had a corner room with views toward the snow capped mountains and over the sound. Every aspect of the property is curated to create a zen like aura. Sadly, we were their only for one night! It is out of town but taxis are readily available and in expensive in Natales. Hotel restaurant meals (dinner and breakfast) were excellent.
