More variety and wider breakfast offer.

The breakfast location is great because it overlooks the ocean a stone throw away. However, the breakfast offer was a bit limited

The only thing I didn’t love was the quirky bath tub and shower set up. Shower was only hand held which was difficult to use and the bath tub did not have a stopper.

The string was spectacular and convenient to town. The complimentary airport transfer service was an added bonus.

The dogs barking at night can be irritating and the bathroom could have been cleaner. WiFi was bad in the rooms but better at the restaurant and reception.

Location of the hotel is in the Taha district where most of the restaurants and other shops are so the location was great. The hotel restaurant was wonderful, spacious and a great view of the ocean. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast options was good, but maybe not so if you are a vegetarian. My room was large enough for a single traveller but perhaps the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The setting of the hotel is lovely with the palm trees and closeness to the ocean.

The Internet/Wi-Fi access - it's very hard to get Internet access from a room. This could be the reason for me to switch to another hotel.

    The room and the evironment.

I only stayed for two nights, and the first day was rainy so I dragged some dirt in the room. I cleaned it up a bit the first night, but was relying on room service to mop it, but they didn't come the next morning.

The location is great - it's off the main road so it's quiet and you get a partial view of the ocean. They have water in the lobby so you can refill at any point in time and a communal fridge. AC in the room worked great. I forgot an adapter and the hotel provided me one.

Even on the middle of the Pacific, the room was plenty of things that you need for the stay. And above all, the staff was incredibly nice. Especially the Japanese lady who welcomed us from the beginning throughout the stay was so nice.

The wifi! though it was free, it disconnected automatically every hour and it was a bit difficult to reconnect. Also it would be nice to have airport pickup option (even with an extra charge). The taxis at the airport overcharge and figuring out how to get to the hotel is an innecessary stress arriving to the Island. I tried uber but never found any cars available.

The breakfast! is really really good, they have a very wide variety of savoury and sweet options, and it changes everyday. The chef himself warms up the quiches or eggs for you. Everyone in the staff is helpfull and nice. The room was tidy clean, we had a triple with 3 beds, everything was perfect. The property has beautiful gardens, and nice places to sit and watch the sea or sunset. Complimentary coffee/tea station 24/7 is a nice plus also. It has a good location, a few blocks from the city center.

In very few places on earth I needed to pay that much of a very nice hotel room. Literally I believe it was the most expensive. And probably I don't really understand the economics of a small island, there are 2 categories of properties on it and you could differentiate between very expensive and nice and quiet inexpensive and also nice. So yeah, I didn't get the pricing AT ALL - 3 nights were the equivalent of a month of rent in Barcelona and I stayed a full week. It was close to a quarter of rent :-)

This hotel is amazing, the property is very nice, it is very well situated and most of all the people that work there are really helpful and nice. It's very close to the ocean, actually I had a partial view of it from my bed, the breakfast is one of the most complete, the pool is very nice also. But you simply don't need to spend time at the hotel on this small, but amazing island so as I comment below I believe the pricing was unreasonably high. Otherwise everything is just perfect.

The insulation of the room are not so good. You can hear when somebody go to the bathroom in other room

The receptionist Arii has an exceptional service. The personal wad very good, they can speak Spanish, English, French, Japanese and Tahitanian. In the breakfast you should be attended by the chef Aldo, Marco an Jan. The breakfast was very good type buffet, with a lot of alternatives, in our case my wife has lactose intolerance and they have several options that can make a very good experience. Unfortunately the lunch and dinner was not open, but less than 2 blocks you have plenty of alternatives of restaurants and a supermarket. If you want a cheap option for evening you can go to the restaurant El Club del Sandwich close to the fishermen's cove. Also you are only 2 blocks from downtown and a lot of alternatives of handicrafts and stores

WiFi only worked close to the reception. The breakfast has limited selection and the staff didn’t pay attention to refill. So we had to wait all the time. The atmosphere in the restaurant was like a school cafeteria

Great location close to restaurants, the sea and supermarket. The staff at the front desk was very helpful with planing tours.

The Wi-Fi was marginal at best. Came and went for no reason. There were two Starlink networks - one for staff and one for everyone else which they obviously had not paid for adequate bandwidth. Built in 1997, it was tired but about what we would have expected.

Staff was great, location was nice, pool was fine, pool bar was fun. All Latam flight crews stayed there so it must be about as good as it gets without going to the one 5 star property on the island.
