The room was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the surrounding mountains. Location wise, Terrace Lodge in on the edge of Putre, but everything is within walking distance.

It was extremely clean and organized. Lots of thick blankets and extra pillows. It a small place with few guests making it very cozy. Parking is secure and ample for the exact amount of guests. The owner helped me pump up a small air leak to get us back to Arica. Breakfast was simple and good.

I had trouble with the temperature of the shower water. It was either extremely hot or very cold. Nothing in between. This happened in the other hostal where I stayed in this region. I would like to have access to hot water for the coffee I bring before the breakfast that is served. I wake up hours before the lobby is open for breakfast.

Very well located, at 5minutes walking from the heart of the village, in a calm district with an amazing view on the mountains from the window's room. The room was really clean, well furnished/decorated. We could enjoy sunset a the terrace in the shared garden

There wasn’t really anything to dislike. Only thing that could be improved was the hairdryer had very little power, I couldn’t dry my hair with it. Apart from that, literally no complaints.

The owner was very kind and helpful. We were given lots of useful information of all the sights we could go visit and where in the village to go for food. Great hospitality, lovely breakfast. We would love to cone back and stay at Terrace Lodge again.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

After travelling for 3 months I can say that this place was one of my favorite. Elena and Francisco are simply the best, they went their ways and above to make me feel at home and make sure I had the best stay. The hotel is situated in the center of Putre with incredible views on the mountains and a beautiful garden. The room itself was perfect with a beautiful view on the mountains, nicely decorated and very nice bathroom (hot water was a plus). On top of all of that, the bed is very comfortable, loads of pillow and duvets. Very warm at night with heating. The breakfast is delicious and very varied. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back to this special place.

The beds haven't been to comfortable. When we left the were about to put in some new ones in all rooms.

The Lodge has a nice village location. Elena and her husband are very kind and helpful. You feel very welcome and the give very good excursion tips. As it can get very cold the heating is pretty good in the room.

Internet could be a bit better but the area is quite remote so it was to be expected.

One of very few places to spend the night in Putre, this lodge was great! comfy bed, good heater and secured parking. The hosts were super friendly and informative and Elena was such a funny woman! she explained a lot about the nearby park Lauca and was making jokes all the time.

Francisco and Helena did all their efforts to make us feel like home and were super welcoming. We did 3 days of tour with Francisco that I highly recommend. He knows every corner of Putre area and showed us stunning places far from the beaten path. The lodge is cozy and warm. Wi fi works very well.

This hotel conveniently located a short walk from Putre's main town square, which made it very easy to walk to the store and restaurants. I especially loved the amazing views from the cozy hotel room. The complimentary breakfast before a long day of hiking and driving in Lauca was also much appreciated.

The bathroom has mouldy spots on the ceiling.

Staff were very helpful with providing information about local restaurants and tour operators. The breakfast included everything one could desire. The premises are quiet and beautifully arranged so as to totally disconnect and relax.

No restaurant, but you can have lunch in "La Paloma" restaurant, and for dinner, "La Casona", both just 5 minutes walk from Terrace Lodge.

Really nice, modern hotel. Located in a quiet area of Putre, just 5 minutes walk from the main square, shops and local restaurants. Kind and helpful and kind staff. Private bathroom, hot water and free wifi in all rooms. Good breakfast. Highly recommended.
