an excellent top class Hotel. Wonderful to have breakfast. Serve to you rather than the usual buffet scramble. All the facilities should expect of a top-class hotel. Love the swimming pool on the rooftop restaurant. Then the downside was that it felt slightly impersonal.

The hotel is beautiful…lovely furnishing, amazing staff and the best bed and sheets we have ever experienced….my husband said that there was sleep butter on the sheets they were so soft..breakfast was elegant. Best part of town for walking and hanging out.

Silly details.... 2 coffee capsules in the room, 1 decaf 1 normal. I think they could stretch to 2 of each so that a couple could both have the same coffee together. 80's music playing for breakfast. A lovely old charming dining room with Tears for Fears banging away in the background. Odd.

Exceptional hotel in the heart of LaStarria. Friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to provide a great experience. The food and ambiance at the rooftop restaurant were also excellent. Our room was comfortable and we appreciated the balcony with views out into the city. We had plans to visit a different hotel later during our visit to Santiago but decided to remain at The Singular because we enjoyed it so much.

Spa and restaurant staff has growth opportunities. Spa treatments were not very knowledgeable, I often had the feeling they didn’t really know what they were doing or why (massage & facial treatments). Restaurant staff was mixed, some were very on point (especially in breakfast shift) while others seemed confused and unattentive. Value for money was not really worth it overall - while rooms are comfortable and spacious, the overall experience was not a 5 star one

Good location in Lastarria, spacious rooms and beautiful communal areas. Front desk staff was great, polite, always helpful and well-trained.

The organisation of booking slots for the pool (due to COVID limits) seemed complicated with multiple members of staff bouncing the requests off each other. This was a shame as it should have a simple or online system.

Beautiful room with lovely furniture and amazing black out curtains. Breakfast was bespoke and varied. Complimentary drinks in the mini bar a nice touch. Pool area amazing and stunning views over Santiago from the rooftop bar. Great location in a fun part of the city.

located in Centro. easy to get around to some places we wanted to visit. did our quarantine there and it was very comfortable. our room service was excellent, couldn’t have asked for better.

Great staff at front desk. The General Manager was incredibly kind and helpful. There was a bad smell in the room when AC was turned on (check clogged airways?). Food was delicious, but slow staff during NYE dinner. Parking garage was undergoing renovation and had to pay for parking outside the premises-- they should consider validating that parking. Great décor overall. Tip: piano at lobby should get tuned for concerts!
