Neltume is a dusty little town that is the gateway to Huilo Huilo hiking trails. The hotel fronts the Estero Quadbrada Onda river. There are some very nice swimming holes a sort walk toward town.

I loved the lodge; it was great!

My family and I had an exceptional stay at Treca Rupan Lodge that truly surpassed our expectations. The room was impeccably clean, and the beds provided the utmost comfort. The staff’s friendliness and warm welcome made us feel right at home. The delicious dinner and breakfast further added to our delightful experience. The lodge’s ideal location near the Huilo Huilo Nature Reserve made our exploration seamless, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about both the lodge and the enchanting local area.

The hotel and the staff were amazing! Perfectly located very near to the Huilo Huilo. The rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. The staff (Marcelo) was extraordinary and took well care of us. We also had a fantastic dinner at the property’s restaurant. Highly recommended!

Everything is fine

In the cold season, batteries are heated, and it's warm. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Location - in the center of all major attractions, by car no more than 10 minutes to all places. Thank you!

Small detail, the beds were a tad on the small size. The room itself was ample, with a table and chairs.

Everything! Lovely well appointed room, decent WiFi speed, bathroom fixtures (think clean Nordic aesthetic), excellent scarce to be believed breakfast with local bread, ham, coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, a cheese and charcuterie board, etc. The only dinner meal I had was a locally sourced pork chop with trimmings, very good! Convenient location right off the road, yet the rooms are located away from the street, street noise is not a consideration except perhaps during the high season. No fuss paying by card. Unlike some establishments in Chile management is fully aware that guests who pay with a non Chilean card, do not have to pay 19% Vat.

The parking on site is a little too small and required advanced maneuvering skills at times, but staff will help and accomodate.

Great breakfast, staff was very friendly and helpful. Pedro speaks some german! The attached restaurant is very good with very nice and friendly staff. Good base to explore the area. You need to sign up for a particular breakfast time slot the evening before, therefore breakfast runs smooth fot all guests and the kitchen, good way to do it.

I only found two "problems": because of the wooden rooms, you could really hear all the noises from the other rooms. It really depends on the people who are during your stay. We only had a problem one night, because there was a family with like 3-4 children who were very noisey, but we spoke with the staff and the problem was solved. The other problem was the shower door: there's only one door, so a lot of water will splash and wet the bathroom floor
