Initially, it was hard to find the facility in the dark and rain. Our GPS lead us past the correct road to another that does not reach this property. The parking is not obvious and it took a few minutes to figure out how to contact the staff after we got there -- there is a door bell like button at the small hexagon shaped building at the fence line. It is also important to know that there is very little opportunity to purchase supplies in the area. Dining can also be limited during busy weeks. It is best to bring all the supplies you need from Puerto Natales. During high season reserve as far ahead as you can at restaurants. These are not real problems and didn't bother us. But, they might be good to know in advance.

The deluxe cabana was very nice. It was clean, comfortable and well laid out. Everything functioned well. The kitchen was well supplied. The view was spectacular. You can sit in the dining area and watch the light and clouds on the Paine. The staff was nice and accommodating. The grounds themselves are nothing special but they are pleasant and green. There is a reasonable amount of space between cabanas. We comfortably spent half a very rainy morning hanging out at the cabana and looked forward to returning at the end of each day. Overall we were very happy with the relative value this close to the park.

Almost non existent internet. I wish we had better wifi. we would be willing to pay extra for it since it’s remote place. we found some internet in other places so it’s doable.

We traveled with 3 young kids. the house was clean, was and super comfortable. We had amazing views from the porch, other houses were far enough and did not bother us (most people were with kids too). We loved the location - 3 mins from the entrance, most places we planned to visit were close enough. hosts were super friendly and helpful - sold us extra gasoline, helped me with the laundry, did excellent cleaning. We absolutely loved staying in there and totally recommend it to everyone looking for a nice place for a reasonable price.

Bathroom is small. Its door was hanging, and hard to open without scratching the floor. Hot water is provided by a gas water heater, which makes it hot a bit slowly, and sometimes the water pressure decreases, and it turns off the heating, so you have to start waiting for it being hot again. By the end of a long dishwashing it didn't provide more hot water. There were not any basic food like salt or oil in the kitchen. There are window shades, you are completely visible from the neighbor houses without pulling it down. There's no mobile network nor wifi. A plate in the house said there is no power provided for a few hours during the day (we didn't experience it as we were not there).

It's quite expensive compared to Puerto Natales, but so much closer to the entrance of the park, that it's worth for it. It's in a small nice village serving tourists only. Very nice surroundings for a walk or doing sports in the nature: river, grass everywhere, garden, small terrace of the house. There is a restaurant within a few minutes of walking. It has a short opening time in the evening, and you have to reserve in advance (we didn't try it). According to the host, there is a deli in a camping relatively close to the accomodation where you can buy food, there is no shop in the village. We brought food from Punta Arenas, which turned out to be a good idea. The cabañas have a good athmosphere. Our house had a kitchen together with a spacious dining corner and a sofa, and 2 separate bedrooms. Both bedrooms had a bathroom. The kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove, matches were provided as well. There was a tea pot and a few bowls.

Amazing cabana in fabulous location outside Torres del Paine National Park. Amazing views, wild horses grazing outside in the morning. Lovely to have a mini kitchen and a sitting room/dining room. Really excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.

You cannot park your car next the the cabin, they provide a small cart to move your luggage from the parking spot to the cabin. It would have been nice that the path to the cabin was more flat for the cart. The shower had some smell coming from the sink, but after some water running and ventilation it was ok.

Awesome view of the National Park Torres del Paine, the cabin is warm and cozy. In the morning you can hear the birds and cows grazing nearby. The location is a few miles from the park entrance. If you like fishing, you can do it just next to cabins site, a few steps away.

Property had a few power cuts through the night (in addition to the daily power cut they tell you about between 12-3pm), one of the showers also had a waterproofing issue which leaked out and made the cabin smell for the rest of the stay. Showers could have been cleaner. Accommodation is very basic.

Great location and incredible views, staff were also very friendly. Despite some reviews below, the wifi was great. It seems that they’ve added starlink recently,

Twin beds in both rooms. Would have been better with one queen and two twins as we are a couple. Shower was too small.

The WiFi just doesn’t work. We had one day where we had some intermittent coverage but had to rely on Starlink to help out (cabin 7 we could find that in the second bedroom).

The cabin itself was basic but very clean and warm. What an amazing location to stay in. The reception were very helpful and kind. This is a great value for money option for this area and the ability to cook food is essential as you may not be able to get a reservation for dinner at the nearby hotels (which are super pricey). Essential to bring your shopping with you as there are no grocery shops nearby. The views with the animals around are awesome.
