A chair and small desk would have been really nice to have in the room although I certainly understand that it might be hard to find space based on the room dimensions.

I'm so glad I went to the island and this hotel was a good choice. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for showering. The wifi at the hotel was actually reasonable - I believe they have Starlink connected. I was able to have video calls with only slight interruptions during a heavy downpour. A cold breakfast was included with different breads, juices, and cold cuts. The hotel is a 20-45 minute walk to most of the stores/museums in town. On the days I had scheduled tours, tour guides picked me up and dropped me off. On the other days, I walked into town and was prepared for intermittent rain showers. I would guess that most people would want to rent a car if traveling often between this hotel and the city proper. I saw a couple of local (not international) car rental places in the middle of the city. The traffic is moderate and subdued, so I wouldn't hesitate to rent a car if I were to visit again. There are dogs and roosters that make noise regularly all over the island. You can shut the windows and filter some of the noise out. There are steep stairs inside with irregular depths and heights you'll want be careful on. There's a nice loft area upstairs with couches and a TV.

Too far from the center—about a 30 minute walk—so inconvenient for going back to the hotel while in town

From start to finish exceptional service and care. Help, advice and assistance when and where possible to ensure the time on the island is memorable. Thanks to Satlink good and reliable internet as well. Nice breakfast, well equipped room.

I hadn’t realised that in the evening there wasn’t anywhere near where you could get a drink unless you walked into town. The hotel did leave a flask of hot water and some tea bags/coffee so you could help yourself. I think it would be a great improvement if they had drinks which you could purchase in the morning to put in your fridge for your return.

Staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding and to be fair they couldn’t do enough for you. I think this little hotel are trying their best to make people enjoy their stay. The walk into town was about 25-30mins.

Lack of AC - a bit disappointing especially during hot evening, but still acceptable.

Hotel has a great localisation. I was warmly and nicely welcomed (with flower neckles - it was so lovely!), shuttle service from airport was complimentary. Contact with hosts was great and easy: they are very helpful and easy going. Room was clean, with beautiful view and nice facilities. Breafast was modest but fresh and good.

Great host who gives me all information about the island and what to do and not to do. It is great that I have airport transfer. Also they response time for my question and booking some activities for me was exceptional. Also not to forget surrounding of property was beautiful.

To walk to Hanga Roa is quite far, but you anyhow better rent a car to get around the island independently. The rooms upstairs are poorly soundproofed.

The staff is very friendly and helpful in all matters, excellent breakfast, the tour through the Moai sites with the owner was excellent. Very good value, also in helping to connect with good guides to a fair price.
