Service was excellent, room was clean and comfortable,. The breakfast was great with your choice of items to choose from and there was always refreshments available..The atmosphere in the dining area was always nice with soft music playing.

Can’t complain anything- all was perfect.

The Hotel isn’t a standard hotel and brings his own charm. The location is uphill but the benefit is that you have from the terrace an amazing view over the city. You can enjoy a free coffee or tea in the afternoon or a glass of wine in the evening. Also it’s good starting point to a walk into the town along the street art. The owner (we guess) had been everytime friendly and helpful.

This hotel is well located in a quiet section of Valparaíso. A few minute walk to Cerro Alegre. The staff is excellent ;they are warm, friendly, professional, responsive, welcoming. Breakfast is great. Beds are quite comfortable. The hotel is clean.The view of Valparaíso harbor is beautiful, especially at night from the terrace. This hotel is reasonably priced. It was a great choice. We plan to stay again when visiting Valparaíso.

Design was not totally my taste, but for this price it should not be a topic.

This resort is closest to the beach, has an amazing supermarket on walking distance and top notch service, staff is very friendly and pre-active to service your ideal relaxed holiday.

Nothing about the place,we were on a hill but Valparaiso is all hills so be it.

Great staff and owners,very helpful in a new city for us but everyone in Chile was nice apart from one Taxi Driver. Same the world over!

Paulina and the staff where all very friendly. The hotel is a 15min walk to all the bars and restaurants. Free Street parking is available.

Me and my partner spent 4 quality days in Ultramar hotel. We really enjoyed the ocean view from our bedroom, tasty fresh breakfast in the beautifully decorated common space as well as evening drinks on the hotel terrace. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Also we found the location perfect - quiet while just 10 min walk from the main areas.

My stay was overall very good. My only remark is that the mattress was not comfortable enough.

Staff were really helpful, friendly and welcoming. I also liked the terrace overlooking the see, and that they had a system to avoid food waste. The room was very clean, even though a bit too warm (perhaps a fan would be good).

A sweet hotel with very helpful stuff located only 10mins walk from the bohemian part of Valparaiso with many nice bars and restaurants.

Great hotel with an awesome staff. They have private parking so that was great for us. Wifi was also great when we had to use it while resting from getting to know all the cool spots Valparaiso has to offer. In general, Ultramar was a great hotel.

The room was quite small. The view was ok, it directly faces a building opposite but if you look from an angle you can see the town down the hill. The shower door wasn't closing correctly and the drain was left open after cleaning.

Staff were very friendly, the furniture/bed were all nice, the view from the decking was beautiful. Wifi was pretty fast

Great place, very nice staff! Great terrace for breakfast with excellent view on sea and City. We were there for New Year's Eve and the staff turned into a wonderful experience. We had a fantastic start into the New Year. As of the Hotel you can make wonderful walks over different hills, great!
