The design of the building meant that sounds seemed to echo around, and you could hear loud talking either from downstairs in reception or upstairs in the bar.

The person on reception was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooftop bar and deck gave a fabulous view down towards the water and the mountains - great place to watch h the sunset with a welcome drink.

Stay at Hotel Vendaval from 3 April 2024 On the morning of April 4th, the young man on duty was very warm and considerate, and he printed out the color documents for us to buy the tickets of Bainei Park online. In particular, I would like to commend the difficulties we encountered in buying the bus tickets to Argentina. The ticket lady said that we could not buy the tickets because we did not have AVE, and we were very anxious and unable to speak the language, so we immediately went to the hotel service boy for help. He carefully helped to find a solution on the Internet, and finally found the Chinese Embassy to call, proving that the conductor had made a mistake, it was a misunderstanding. But the hotel waiter brother must be commended, thank him for his help to us! Retirees in Beijing

Very minor thing - if you don't wake up early for breakfast you might risk missing out on some of the food.

The staff was great and helpful, especially Diego. The room was very clean and cosy. Breakfast starts early which is perfect if you have an early hike/tour.

The shower in our room wasn’t sealed well so anytime we showered the bathroom would have water all over the floor.

The location is amazing! Close to everything you might want in town. The staff is super helpful and the morning breakfasts were delicious. We had a room with an amazing view of the city, water, and mountains.

Don’t hesitate to book this place, especially if you are using it as a base from which to trek. The beds were some of the comfiest I’ve ever experienced, fantastic shower, wonderful breakfast and super helpful and friendly staff who even brought our the bags we’d left for 4 days into our new room so they were waiting for us. The location was perfect, just across the road from a brilliant hiking kit rental shop. Super central but quiet inside the rooms. Perfect stay!

They showers leaked all over the floor.

We stayed here for the night before we left for the W trek and the night after we got back. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. We especially loved how the staff held our suitcases while we were hiking and then when we returned (at around 11pm), they had already taken our bags up to our room.

The bathroom had windows instead of walls to the main room so the bathroom light will illuminate the bedroom. Not good if getting up at different times like we did.

The breakfast was really basic. The scrambled egg looked so awful I just couldn't face it. There was the usual processed cheese and ham, awful bread and machine coffee.

The hotel is very central and close to restaurants bars shops etc. It has a nice little roof bar. The whole place is warm and cosy but you can control the heat. The room is relatively small but is absolutely functional with a comfortable bed and simple storage space. The bathroom was small but everything functioned and the shower was good with plenty of hot water. The staff were exceptionally welcoming helpful and friendly. They gave us lots of information and helped sort out issues with tours. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Natales.
