A few tiny tweaks could improve this brilliant hostel - for example shelves inside the shower in the shared bathroom, so you can bring your toiletries in without having to put them on the floor.

Lovely folks hosting, great location. The pool is fab. Such a homely feel, brilliant all round.

Everything. Wonderful oasis in the most interesting part of Santiago (Barrio Italia). Ivan the owner is a very nice person and speaks English fluently. The rooms were clean and the breakfast delicious.

Amazing hostel! Would’ve loved to stay longer. In a great location, right amongst the bars and restaurants of Barrio Italia. Beds are super comfortable and the pool is so great to have after a day in the hot sun. Sitting around the backyard at night drinking wine and piscos makes it so easy to meet people and make friends. Iván is the real star and he goes out of your way to make you feel at home. Definitely coming back!

Because I really enjoyed this place, I say it again :D: A home far away from home...The best people you can meet, good food, good wine, good music, undoubtedly the best place to stay in South America...I planned to stay 2 nights and ended up staying for 10 days...A huge thanks to Evan for opening his home to travellers! Don't have any expectations, just book it and enjoy ;-)!!

Iván is a great host—friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice bonus and the accommodations were comfortable and clean. water was hot for the shower after the usual minute (this is Chile after all) and everything was good about the stay.

The location of the hostel is right next to the Barrito Italiano district, with a lot of restaurants. Ivan, the owner, is a perfect host. When we came back from our camper journey we could sleep the last night in our camper right in front of the hostel and use the toilet and showers. He even cooked a late meal for us. The garden.of the hostel is an oasis in the busy city. We would alwaus stay here in Santiago!

Ivan and Chris were super helpful and welcoming, and the breakfasts were the best I had in the whole of Chile...the first place with real coffee!! Really great location in a very nice neighbourhood with loads of nice independent shops, cafes and restaurants, and just a half hour walk into central and the museums. Really cute pool too!

The room was just as described, next to the pool :) the host Ivan was very friendly, he even bought us food when we had to do a small quarantine on arrival.

The hostel is just around the corner of a very nice neighbourhood with many places to eat and drink. Our room had a little patio at the small swimming pool under the trees, a perfect spot to relax. The breakfast was great, custom made for us. And last but not least our hosts Ivan and Chris were so welcoming and friendly. We had a great stay!

Great location, nice and friendly staff, hostel is small so has a very cozy vibe. Guests are few so it’s good to meet people if traveling solo, there were always plans in the evenings
