The walls aren’t that sound-proof. The room next door was occupied only one night overlapping with mine and it was quiet when I wanted to sleep.

The place was very clean, very tastefully decorated and designed and the staff were super nice! There was self-made breakfast with a few things to chose from and a jacuzzi and a pool! The terrace was a wonderful place to wind down from the city and cool down in the pool!

The bed had rolls on it so it was not that stable. Shall be removed so that the bed doesn’t move when you turn. Room was quite small and no actual window. Only window to the hallway. Would be nice if the breakfast could be offered as a buffet so that everyone can prepare like they want.

Was nice to have a pool and hot tube. Quite neighborhood but not directly in the city center.

I liked it so much the first time I felt safe coming back for the rest of the trip. The staff were even more kind than the last time and the breakfast still delicious. Would definitely come back!

The staff is really kind, the breakfast delicious and the location is near three metro stops :) Also the cold water in the pool plus the jacuzzi was a miracle worker for my tendinitis after walking so much, an unexpected plus. Would highly recommend.

Location location location In a very pretty tree lined street. Although out of city centre getting a Uber everywhere or subway was very cheap.

Room was very cramped but workable. Only downside of the whole place was limited toilet and shower rooms for the number of rooms, they could do with a few more!

Great place that is reasonably affordable for chile. Lovely area and the breakfast was INCREDIBLE! Pool and jacuzzi were clean and really nice.

Excellent staff of friendly, helpful, laid back, welcoming people. Comfortable private room, clean facilities, lovely pool and jacuzzi area. Safe neighborhood and secure facility. Definitely recommend. Renee and Emilio at the front desk were great at answering questions and Daniella made fabulous, tasty breakfasts.

Fantastic staff, peaceful and secure location. It is in the east of santiago but easy to transit around. Very clean and the pool is a great idea.

You can hear a lot from the other travellers. There was a family with a young child while I was staying there so you’ll hear these kinds of people unfortunately very clear. But that’s nothing the hostel can do anything about.

Rene and her coworkers were very friendly and helpful. The hostal is clean and quiet. The pool and jacuzzi are lovely, as well as having your private room. This was one of the best places i’ve been to while travelling South America. The neighbourhood is very safe and nice to walk around with restaurants and shops and a nice cinema very nearby. Would absolute recommend!

I can't think of anything.i did not use the pool. there's a pool outside my room. Oh, i did not find any shampoo in my bathroom. Other else, i love.

Rene stood out with my whole experience. She guided me to everything for me, being a first-timer and solo traveler. She even lent me her BIP card for train and bus going to the city. The breakfast was served by a beautiful lady in the morning i was there.

Cute little B&B a little removed from center of town that provided peace and quiet and a nice pool to relax in. We were fine with no AC but it doesn’t cool down till night so you won’t want to hang in your room in the day. Everyone was very sweet that worked at the hotel.

It is located in a very nice and residential neighborhood, but the closest thing to visit is 30 min walking. The good thing about Santiago is that Ubers and taxis work perfectly fine.

The house is very nice and cute! The staff was super nice! The pool and the Jacuzzi is the added value of this place

The upstairs rooms are quite warm even at night. Hopefully, in the future, air-conditioning may be fitted. It may be a nice idea that some extra sunbed cushions are sourced. There are only 3 cushions for about 6 sunbeds.

There is so much to say here! I stayed here twice this last week. I liked it so much the first time I returned. Please don't be put off by the location. It is east of the city, but the area is a lovely, peaceful residential area, and I felt very safe even in the evenings. There are shops nearby and a really nice ice-cream cafe. The metro is a 5-minute walk away. The staff are fantastic, all of them who I met were helpful. The property is lovely and clean. The pool area is a nice bonus after a hot, busy day. The lady who makes the breakfast is really kind, and the breakfast is great. I was able to have some laundry washed on short-notice. Thank you so much for this. All my questions to the staff were answered really well.

Absolutely excellent all around. The bedrooms are cozy and the beds are comfy, the facilities - especially the pool is amazing on a warm summers day after a walk or tour, the staff were so friendly and the breakfast every morning was delicious! It was one of the best hostels we’ve stayed in so far!

I just didn’t plan my accommodation properly for what I wanted to do and with it being over a Sunday and Christmas period there wasn’t much in the area open. My fault though.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. A lovely spot to stay.
