The noise from the main road was outside our window which made for a disturbed nights sleep. I went for a swim and the pool is a good size but is a bit run down.

The view from the room was nice. We had a view over the sea and saw black vultures and dolphins. The rooms are a good size and the bed was comfortable. We had a bath too which was nice. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They made the stay enjoyable. They really looked after us. Muchos Gracias. We had dinner in the restaurant which was nice but too expensive.

Music at lunch was way too loud and TV blaring in the morning made us gobble our breakfast and leave. The windows in the rooms were dirty spoiling a magnificent view.

Convenient location for our requirements. Overnight stay and reasonably close to the airport without morning traffic. Nacio was entertaining at check in and gave us a few city tips..

The cleaning chemicals had us all choking. Never had we experienced such a strong smell making our walks throughout the facility very difficult. You should consider in scented chemicals so your guests aren’t affected. Garbage can in main bedroom also so we don’t have to go to the bathroom to throw garbage. Bedsheets need improvement, the sheets felt almost plastic that makes so much noise at night making it very uncomfortable. Main lobby needs a feminine touch. Seems like decor was picked up in a rummage sale.

the restaurant menu could have had a bit more variety. Also one morning we asked for a 11.15 taxi but to our surpise someone from reception knocked on our door at 0800!! The response from the taxi firm was that the only time they could now manage was 10.30 and thus once we arrived at the airport the taxi driver asked for a supplementary 8 euros in addition to the agreed fare ! so the hotels' error cost us 8euros extra.

Initially the reception staff were very helpful .Nice view of the harbour from our room.In a modern design hotel it was a surprise to see the interior design more like the furnishings and decor of a previous century like le Grand Epoch .

The location is in sort of waterfront industrial area. The hotel needs some maintenance and more thorough cleaning.

The staff are amazing at making every effort to insure that you have a good stay. Most are capable in English. But, they go beyond the basics as hosts. Amazing views from the room. Good beds, comfortable rooms. Great as a connection to Navimag ferry.

The hotel is a bit dated and could use some care, cleaning, and repair. It’s located in a removed area, but was very convenient as our connection point for the Navimag ferry.

The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Many of them are also capable English speakers.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed using the pool and the sauna. We stayed here the night before catching the ferry to puerto natales so the location was ideal as the hotel facilitated the checkin. We had dinner in the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room had a fantastic view!

Hotel was out of the town and so Hotel restaurant was the only option for dinner.

Hotel had a good sea view. Room was large and comfortable with a good shower. Hotel was the place to check in for Navimag ferry so that was most convenient.

The rooms were basic and poorly designed. The hotel promises ocean views, but the windows are atrociously dirty--mostly covered with spray paint from the shockingly careless exterior paint job. The workout equipment is terrible, with some things literally falling apart.

The staff were wonderful--kind and extremely helpful. The massage was a great deal.

The service was a little slow in the restaurant but we were not in a hurry so it didn't really matter.

We received a warm welcome from the owner upon arrival. The room was huge and the beds were very comfortable. Great view out to sea. The hotel looked very grand but the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The staff were friendly and spoke very good English. The restaurant food was good. The hotel also has a gym and a pool.

They cancelled our reservation and we didn’t find out until the morning of that we had no place to stay. They say they emailed us but it isn’t anywhere in my email history, trash, or spam. Very frustrating.

We stayed for a week and from the day two the color of hot water in the shower was yellow. They said it’s normal. The color didn’t change until the end of our stay. Sometimes the towels weren’t replaced, or replaced with unwashable brown stains. It was very loud in the room, because the hôtel is next to an active street. It was very hard to sleep. In the room was very hot, but the radiator didn’t have a regulator.

We liked the size of the bed and the lake view was beautiful.

They charge per person to use their swimming pool (they do it via a bypass by selling you obligated swimming hats which of course nobody brings with them), never seen this in my life in an already pricey hotel

Staff is very nice! They have a little gym that has barbells which was a nice touch! The water is hot as well. Breakfast had a nice variety! Private parking lot with easy parking.
