Lovely rooms and excellent breakfast Manager welcomed us, she went out of her way to help with every aspect of our stay, forgot her name, but thank you for your help, especially booking reservations for trips! First time in China, close location to airport and not far from city made the stay easier.

A/C wasn't working, and couldn't open the window, so the room was really hot. The WiFi was also no working. A bit far from T3, best to get a free shuttle to T2 and order a taxi from there as the rates from T3 were really high. Also would be nice if staff spoke more English

Staff was friendly and tried to help where they could. Checked in to get rest during a 20h layover, and the staff allowed us to check in at 9am without extra fee, even though we were initially told that we would pay extra half day for early check in

We arrived at 4 am, but duty manager refused to give us a room, because in their system it still was previous day. After night flight with small child, it was very stressful. Duty manager didn't speak English, and only some random Chinese guest helped us with this situation. My booking was non refundable, so I was told to pay for half day more. TV in room didn't work, also there was not fridge and all this normal hotel stuff as paper, pencil, comb... On the next day manager told they will not extra charge me, so it was a good new. The airport is not as near as the hotel's name suggests, it is around 20 minutes by car.

Subway station is just a few minutes walking. Free welcoming fruits. Everything meets standards of Holiday Inn.

The hotel was bad. Upon arrival, I waited 15 minutes for someone to collect my bags from the car that brought me from Beijing airport, but no one came. I ended up carrying my bags inside myself. Then, I approached the receptionist and handed him my phone to show my reservation. He was uncooperative. I stood waiting for his response for 20 minutes as he just stared at his computer screen without looking up at me. He then told my personal translator in Chinese that there was no reservation. When I asked him, I discovered he did not speak English and couldn't read. I do not understand why he left my phone with him when he couldn’t read English. I then turned to another Chinese lady staff member standing next to him who spoke English. After she checked my reservation, she confirmed it was there. I completed the procedures, paid the fee, took my room card, and went to my room, only to discover that the air conditioning was not working. I returned to the receptionist and requested a room change, but she told me the air conditioners in all rooms were not working and suggested giving me a fan to cool down. She then offered to change my room, but I asked what the point was if all the air conditioners were not functioning. I also asked her why she did not inform me about the air conditioners before completing the check-in procedures and charging the amount. This is deceitful. Consequently, I got a refund and I do not recommend booking this hotel. You, as a platform displaying this hotel, should investigate this issue and consider removing this hotel from your listings, as it is not suitable for accommodation. Additionally, the furniture is very old and worn out. Is not deserving even 1. I don't recommend any to reserve in this hotel. The only good thing was the cooperation of this lady at the reception who refunded my money quickly and without hesitation.

The female on reception on arrival was not welcoming and was dismissive. The female on the Saturday evening and Sunday morning was also quite disinterested. Seems to be a plumbing issue as toilet blocked 🪠

Before arrival I was promised to have paid early check-in but upon arrival to the hotel at 7 am the staff at the reception did not speak English and finally they told me that I can not have the promised early check-in as the hotel was full ybooked

The staff that was on duty after 9am was really good and finally sorted out the issue described below.

The location was further away from the airport than expected, in a very local area. I wasn't informed that the toilets could not flush toilet paper at all, so my first experience was a clogged toilet. But worst of all; it was VERY noisy around my room. Dozens and dozens of young chinese students were living on my floor. They were running up and down the halls, screaming and shouting, knocking the walls etc - until late evening. I felt like I was in the middle of a kids summer camp, and I really have no idea how this could happen in a 4-star hotel. Very annoying.
