The WiFi was so bad I couldn't send a WhatsApp text message. I could only receive them. Looking up anything on the email-forget it.

This is the best value hotel I've ever stayed in. It was comfy, the breakfast was great. A firm bed. A free shuttle bus every hour. It leaves the airport from the upper level all the way along to the right. Took me ages to figure this out. The hotel name is written on the side of the bus.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel, great for a long lay over. Very comfortable bed and black out curtains. Good shuttle service & not too far from the airport with a very good rate. Nice breakfast buffet included.

We waited for the hotel shuttle for 1.5 hours, but it didn't show up. However, the hotel manager was very kind. Feeling sorry for our long wait at the airport, he escorted us to the restaurant for breakfast, helped us log in to the wifi, and was extremely friendly.

This hotel has its own distinctive charm, and in my opinion, for the price, it's definitely value for money. The staff are friendly, especially the front office, and although the breakfast is simple, it's tasty and fresh. The only difficulty we encountered was the lack of English-speaking assistance at the airport. My advice for those planning to stay at this hotel is to activate internet and phone services as soon as possible, so you can call the hotel and have translations available in Mandarin. The hotel shuttle pickup is at GATE 43 on the second floor in front of the departure entrance. So, upon arrival, go to the second floor and wait at GATE 43. If you have trouble finding it, ask the airport's customer service to call the hotel for you. Remember, the hotel shuttle is named CLOUD HOTEL, different from the name on Booking.com.

Room was very luxurious and felt like a resort room rather than a one night room for a layover. But being majorly a vegetarian and Indian, the breakfast could have had more options for international travelers like me.

My only improvement suggestion would be to organize the airport pickup in a different way. Even though I received the instructions with the pickup place from the hotel beforehand and informed them about my ETA, I still had to call them from the airport because I didn't know what time when they would pick me up. Mobile roaming is not cheap, and the connection was not great, not to mention the fact that in this situation for one or both parties English would inevitably be a second language and maybe not ideal to communicate in - so that adds some stress. The hotel is close by, so even if they don't know the exact time you arrive they will get there fast after the call, but this kind of hassle is still somewhat inconvenient. I would suggest either choosing a written way of communication (easier to translate if necessary) or perhaps having a more or less fixed transfer schedule for the most popular times of arrival (like every 30-40 minutes).

The room was great: it was very clean and modern, with a comfortable bed (and four pillows), all the necessities and even curtains that could be drawn with a switch next to the light switch. For someone who had a long layover, this was a perfect place to stay the night and recharge, and the free transfer service that the hotel provides was a life-saver. Breakfast was plentiful (though for those less familiar with Chinese food it might not seem as great as your typical continental), and the staff friendly and ready to help.

Greart location close to airport via shuttle, takes about 5 minutes to get to there. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great value for money room comfortable great bathroom and coffee tea facilities. Free shuttle.
