The only downside was that the room was faced towards the main road and the noise that was noticeable.

The single room was very clean. It had a good size and was very comfortable. For a hostel it was superb! It was great that the Hostel was not too far distant from the West Lake. The staff was also very friendly and kind. I would totally recommend this place!

The one big negative was the doors leading to the bedrooms, if you're renting the rooms with others, it's likely you'll have someone going in and out slamming the door. I recommend they look into reducing the likelihood of doors slamming. There's gotta be something you can install to stop it. It's impossible to sleep for anyone in there when someone just walks in and out slamming the door. Not everyone there is considerate enough to slowly shut the door.

Staff is friendly and speaks English, facilities are nice and clean, showers were great. Includes breakfast is a nice bonus. The main floor provides a chill place to eat, play pool, and watch movies. There's beer on site. Loved it!

Only downsides is that I would have liked some more showers, and the Wechat community and laundry service are not very foreigner-friendly. But the staff is always helpful to sort out any issues, so don’t let that scare you away.

The best hostel! You get multiple breakfast options, a big towel and slippers, and all kinds of freebies. There is live music several nights a week. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and clean. I even got a free room upgrade.

I loved everything about this hostel. It was the cleanest, most modern, most well-equiped hostel I have ever stayed in. I wish they had branches in every city in China. The staff was extremely kind and spoke very good English.

it would be better if there is water dispenser on 4th floor. there are 20 capsules in one big room with one door, a bit noisy at night with the door open and close.

I don't understand why the local travelers have no sense of cleaning up after themselves in the common bathroom leaving behind rubbish next to the sinks.

Clean. Everything works. Staff are friendly to recommend restaurants and way of accessing tourist sites. I understand toilet paper in the toilet cube is not exactly the "standard" in China. Good the toilet cubes here carry toilet paper.
