Easy to walk from MRT Line 2 Beijing Railway Station.

Air conditioning doesn’t really work well. They were quick to respond but didn’t cool place quick enough. Fridge also has coolest setting which Icelandic countries would cook eggs at. Also lobby is too perfumated, almost choking as you enter each time.

Very central hotel, most staff can speak English. White Zhang was very kind in helping me print an important document off. While you're there, you have to phone and ask for water (or something), a service robot will deliver it and it's just the most adorable thing! Central location - there's a Starbucks just across the road. I didn't use Subway or anything so I can't speak for how that is, but DiDi (Chinese Uber) is very convenient. Restaurant had nice food. Oh, the bed was extremely comfortable!

They must find a way to allow at least one window in the room to open.

Location is excellent, next to the subway station, across the road is railway station. Next door is a restaurant and two minutes walk is the supermarket. Professional receptionists who know English. Clean room, comfortable beads, nice linen.

The rooms are a bit dated but clean. Many people still smoke in the hotel so the hallways were a bit smelly. My wifi never worked but supposedly it was available.

The location is very convenient for visiting main tourist attractions such as Tiananmen Square.

The A/c was noisy and not efficient. The smell of the bad and not fresh air was in the room (I could not open the window) and there was no way for ventilation. The room smell with the cigarette smoke.

The location of the hotel. Close to the Beijing Central Railway station and metro stations. Walking distance (approx 2.5 km) to National Museum.

The location is super central, can get to and from the airport with ease. The staff are super nice and will try their best to help you. For example, I wanted a specific type of meal with ingredients but that was not available in the menu, after a few translator assisted messages, the chef understood and prepared it for me.

We had a problem because our room was hot. The aircon didn't work. They didn't change our room, they gave us a air cooler and they opened the windows for us, but it was noisy.

Great location right across Beijing train station, handy to walk around the centre area. Room is clean. Staff is kind and professional, specially thanks to Mr 赵文博helps to orangish the taxi and carrying the luggage’s.

No internet and wi-fi. The hotel needs a bit of refreshment.

Nice room, though not big. Good bathroom, though a bit strange concept with three separated units of shower, toilette and water for hand washing. Clean. Good location, just across the Beijing Railway Station, very close to metro.

Location was not good. When we arrived late that night, our bus dropped us off right outside the railway station which was great but there is absolutely nothing to do around the hotel. There are no restaurants or places to eat or get a snack. And the next morning we had to taxi everywhere and it wasn't walkable location. Also, I know the hotel is non-smoking but I felt our room smelt like smoke.

We only had a short layover in Beijing and picked this hotel due to price which was great. The lobby and hotel seemed very modern but we were in a room that wasn't renovated. It was still nice enough and very spacious coming from Japan. Bed sheets were heavenly!

The refrigerators could have been working in the room. We stayed in 2 rooms and none of them worked. The hotel staff informed us that it was normal and you should put your food or drinks on the first floor.

Good location, in front of Beijing Train and metro stations. The hotel staff are quite helpful. The city center is within walkable range.

There is one used soap in the bathroom,no new soap.

Lose to Beijing railway station and Beijing subway station is B exit, you can see the hotel straight away,very convenient. Door keeper always helped us to carry out luggage up and down the stairs.Receiption is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is 👍

lifts are very slow, front desk should have been upfront regarding the breakfast promotion (promotional price can only be added on day of stay), not very flexible in accommodating booking changes, toilet layout is bad! the wardrobe is transparent and there’s no where to change your clothes without freezing due to the air conditioner, shower area keeps leaking. beware of opening your curtains, it opens directly to the breakfast area so be careful if you’re wearing your pajamas etc :/

fantastic location, very near all the attractions! room was quite comfortable and spacious. big thanks to hotel staff 赵文博 for helping us with our luggages and being very responsive and attentive. also thanks to the front desk manager that was reliable and helpful.
