Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandAir conditioning doesn’t really work well. They were quick to respond but didn’t cool place quick enough. Fridge also has coolest setting which Icelandic countries would cook eggs at. Also lobby is too perfumated, almost choking as you enter each time.

ChinaVery central hotel, most staff can speak English. White Zhang was very kind in helping me print an important document off. While you're there, you have to phone and ask for water (or something), a service robot will deliver it and it's just the most adorable thing! Central location - there's a Starbucks just across the road. I didn't use Subway or anything so I can't speak for how that is, but DiDi (Chinese Uber) is very convenient. Restaurant had nice food. Oh, the bed was extremely comfortable!

Location is excellent, next to the subway station, across the road is railway station. Next door is a restaurant and two minutes walk is the supermarket. Professional receptionists who know English. Clean room, comfortable beads, nice linen.

The location is very convenient for visiting main tourist attractions such as Tiananmen Square.

For example, I wanted a specific type of meal with ingredients but that was not available in the menu, after a few translator assisted messages, the chef understood and prepared it for me.

NetherlandsLocation was not good. When we arrived late that night, our bus dropped us off right outside the railway station which was great but there is absolutely nothing to do around the hotel. There are no restaurants or places to eat or get a snack. And the next morning we had to taxi everywhere and it wasn't walkable location. Also, I know the hotel is non-smoking but I felt our room smelt like smoke.
We only had a short layover in Beijing and picked this hotel due to price which was great. The lobby and hotel seemed very modern but we were in a room that wasn't renovated. It was still nice enough and very spacious coming from Japan. Bed sheets were heavenly!

Good location, in front of Beijing Train and metro stations. The hotel staff are quite helpful. The city center is within walkable range.

Singaporelifts are very slow, front desk should have been upfront regarding the breakfast promotion (promotional price can only be added on day of stay), not very flexible in accommodating booking changes, toilet layout is bad! the wardrobe is transparent and there’s no where to change your clothes without freezing due to the air conditioner, shower area keeps leaking. beware of opening your curtains, it opens directly to the breakfast area so be careful if you’re wearing your pajamas etc :/
fantastic location, very near all the attractions! room was quite comfortable and spacious. big thanks to hotel staff 赵文博 for helping us with our luggages and being very responsive and attentive. also thanks to the front desk manager that was reliable and helpful.
