I arrived early, so I had to wait for the check-in wich is totally fine. It would have just been nice to get the lounge offered to stay in while waiting but the lounge was only meant for already checked in hotel guests.

The TV in our room was disappointing sometimes as the sound volume can be quite random, bit of loud one moment and then lowered down all of a sudden, and then jumped back up.

The heater was not controlled by the guests. Too hot at night. I could not feel in sleep as normal. No lid for toilet basket.

The staff were friendly and accommodated all of my needs flawlessly, a bit more proficiency in english would be appreciated, though.

The room was nice and tidy and quite spacious. The room had everything i needed, which means in my case a bed, a desk, a few wardrobe hangers, an ac and a bathroom with a regular toilet and a shower. It was also quite, which was important for me.

The pillows and the bed are very comfortable. You could choose two type of thickness for the pillow. The windows are made of double layer glass, so you won't fill very warm from the inside of the window even when outside is 40 degree Celsius. It is also very efficient for isolating the noise from the street. The curtains could block 99% of the light from outside, which is perfect for people need dark environment to fall asleep.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, my experience was satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. However, the only issue I encountered was the smell of smoke in the corridors.

I originally booked a different hotel in the Haidian area but I was informed when I arrived that it was not for foreigners (a "minsu.") So I booked this hotel at the last minute. Overall I think it was okay. The room was pretty spacious and then bed was quite large and comfortable. Ceiling was also quite high. Did not have a chance to check out the amenities or the breakfast. In terms of location, it is about a 13-15 minute walk to Wukesong station. Ideally it would be a bit closer to the station for convenience but I guess most hotel guests would be taking Didi.

Very bland and impersonal, exorbitant price for laundry service, and overpriced generally for a Holiday Inn without breakfast.

Clean, with a spacious room, and a treat to have a swimming pool at a 'standard' tourist hotel. The room service box-meal was tasty and good value. Staff helpful in assisting with calling taxis.
