The name of the hotel is difficult to find the location when using the application.

The locations is next to the walking street and department store. Easy to access the metro. The staff are very helpful.

Cleanliness should be improved as we found few hairs on our sheets and stains on the sofa in the room. Ideally staff would speak a little bit better English but this is quite common in China.

The hotel is centrally located (with easy access to metro, large pedestrian shopping street and many nice restaurants and bakeries around). The staff was the most helpful one we found in China, even though they did not speak much English. They were always willing to help (checking places, ordering taxis) even with the help of translator apps. The hotel is overall modern and the room was very comfortable and spacious. We also liked breakfast that is quite cheap (55RMB per person) and with good variety of both western and Chinese options. What was also surprising to us - you can find air purifier inside the room which we believe is due to poor air quality in Beijing (nice touch!).

The breakfast buffet was jut not good. You can save that money and eat outside at Starbucks or McDonalds . The male front desk staff were not nice to us business woman, could be cultural.

Location, location, location. Very close to forbidden city, close to the metro, good streets food around. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful to get around.

"City view" is a joke. Windows face straight into another building. Breakfast is below standard for what you expect from a 4 star and it's chaos in breakfast restaurant

The pillow in the room could have been better as no matter how many I stack up, they will just collapse thus not giving a good neck support and end up not having a good night rest, which is much needed after a long walk during the day.

Location : Available food stores opposite the hotel makes it easier for me to have more options if I decide to dine in. Room : Room is big however, the pillows were bad whereby it sinks in, thus did not have a great sleep. Breakfast: Mediocre. Nothing to wow about

When we arrived, it quite busy during the check in time. A little bit unorganized.

One of the reception girl was helpful. The housekeeper offer us more water etc. Good location.

The room was very warm. I think they were still on winter settings where the aircon doesn’t work, however we got some pretty warm days in Beijing with 27degrees Celsius and the aircon didn’t get cold, it was uncomfortable to sleep. Also, the staff doesn’t speak very good English, however they are very attentive and use translator.

Convenient location close to touristic attractions. The room is very comfortable, nice bed and shower. Quite spacious as well.

We had a family room sold for 4 people but the room only had a king size bed and a single bed! My 8 yo son hat to sleep with me and my wife. Breakfast was ok but you can get something better outside for the same money

Position is perfect to visit the city. 5 minutes walking from metro station (line 8) and 25 minutes walking distance from entrance of the Forbidden city

I enjoyed my stay here. The check in staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and well located for the subway. The hotel met all my needs. I found it easy to get around Beijing and to connect to PEK airport via the express train. When I return to Beijing I will stay here again.

The bathroom could have been cleaned a little bit better before our arrival.

The location was great, right in the centre of the old part of Beijing. Walkable distance from Tiananmen Square. The room was basic but spacious and we had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The room was tidied every day of our stay as well. Non-smoking hotel which was also nice.

- the front desk couldn‘t find our reservation and it took them over 45 minutes to figure out the problem. our reservation was apparently for one day before even though our booking.com confirmation stated otherwise. luckily we still got a room.

The duty manager, Bonnie Wang, is very helpful and her service is excellent and very committed to fulfill guests request. She can speak English which is super helpful for non Chinese speaking. She is good at recommendation on places of interest.

Hair dryer was not the easiest and most efficient to use. Especially when you need it due to the colder weather. The air blown out was just not warm.

Nice clean hotel in the center of Beijing, from here you can easily walk to the Imperial Palace in 30 mins
