Breakfast was very nice and the room was huge. Had 3 segregation (kitchen room, bathroom, and a massive bedroom). Exceeded my expectation. No regrets.

For the kind of structure, it could be cleaner (the kitchen). It’s 25 minutes walk from the subway station, and the neighbourhood doesn’t offer much for foreign public. There is no way to open any kind of window to move some air.

The apartment was huge, beds really comfortable, kitchen well equipped, nice swimming pool, at the reception they speak some English and they are very helpful, breakfast was really good

The location is far away from the city centre, it takes approximately 1 hour and 20min to reach the touristy areas by subway. The surrounding neighborhood is not very attractive.

The hotel offers mini apartments which are very comfortable, clean, warm, quite and equipped with all the necessary appliances. The English speaking staff was very helpful and kind, Peter helped us to book a taxi and tickets to visit the Great Wall. The breakfast is very diverse and made with good quality food. There is a nice playroom for children next to the breakfast room.

No complaints. Difficult to adjust heating in rooms, which did get very warm at times.

Very comfortable with excellent facilities for self-catering and doing own laundry. Very nice swimming pool and helpful staff.

The A/C is not cold at all. It was hot in the apartment. Needed standing fan and have to open the windows for some cool air into the rooms. Not sure if it is because of the central A/C system ( we went mid Oct).

the apartment is VERY VERY spacious. Rooms are hugh with a big bathroom with a shower and bathtub. There is also a hugh dressing area and huge wardrobe. LIving room, Dining room and kitchen is also very big. Beds are comfortable too. We really love the space.

No restaurant in the facility and staff although friendly and helpful had limited English language ability.

The facility was modern and clean. Breakfast was good with below selection selection offered at other similar facilities. Location a little remote for visitors new to Beijing with limited facilities catering mainly for local residents.

The original room we were allocated on arrival had strong cigarette smell but after complaint, we were offered an free upgrad to another room.

The room looked clean but some things were a bit sticky. Check-in was quick and efficient but the staff could have been more welcoming - it felt very procedural and not very personal. The breakfast room was lovely but options were very limited and the coffee was not great.

Room was a great size, appreciated having glasses in the room/slippers/robes etc. Breakfast room was lovely - lots of sun.

Hotel is of an international brand however front line staff whipped up their phone for each conversation as they could not speak good English. Room was a bit tired and showed signs that it needed a refurbishment

- It is more of apartment , not a hotel as such. - No hot water on arrival (although it was fixed) - the shower head did not work. - the pool is not a relaxing luxury pool, it is a gymnasium swimming pool, part of a gym. Very busy and lots of swimming lessons going on. - an espresso machine was advertised , but you have to buy your own coffee capsules. - breakfast was horrible, I would not recommend it ! (Even though it's included) - aircon (cooling) did not work. - only management really spoke english. That said, the size of the apartment is amazingly big. Although it was not as clean as it should be. It was ok, but could have been cleaned better.

The room is nice and big, it has pretty much everything that is needed for an apartment. It's not really a hotel.

My unit wasn't as clean as I expected. There were crumbs underneath the tv unit in the bedroom and dust and other noticeable particles on the kitchen and hallway floors. I asked for a broom and was able to handle it. There was a seed stuck to the outside of the trash bin in the bedroom and the balcony, although a non-smoking unit, had several cigarette butts scattered about. The cleanliness of the apartment wasn't a major issue, but it's also not what you expect checking into a space. It kind of killed the mood for me because I felt like corners were being cut. It also did not provide a lot of natural light outside of the bedroom. The unit was a little dark for my preference.

Gorgeous, spacious unit with great appliances, a modern design, a huge, comfy bed, and access to CNN and several western movie channels. Breakfast was provided as well which is always a great bonus.
