Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsWifi is now a central acces point that everybody in the hotel uses and that makes it slow and it stopped when I used VPN and that prevented me from getting acces to bank and insurance website in the the Netherlands.
Hello, It was my first time here in Beijijng and it was fantastic and staying in this Hotel was a great part of this experience. Haley and Eddie from reception, Tom from concierge and many more staff were very keen on given me a pleasant stay. And that worked very well. No question was too much and arranging taxis or explaining me were to go was very good. Getting Ali-pay or WeChat is a must for staying in China. Only wifi can be better. Now you share an internet connection with everybody in the hotel. That should be different. But mobile wifi solved this. Hotel is near metro and that is a very good thing. Public transport is quick, clean, safe and easy. Everything is in English so we used it a lot. If I go back to Beijing I am going t stay here again for sure.

AustraliaFirst time staying at this hotel we were impressed with the level of comfort and services we received. All staff were polite and attentive. Front desk and lounge staff were a pleasure to deal with. Our suite was well presented, spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our housekeeping lady 栗女士 looked after us extremely well. She paid attention to every detail of our needs and habits, which made us feel at home. The buffet breakfast on level 4 had a nice blend of traditional Chinese and western food with a great variety to choose from. Again, staff there were excellent and nothing is too much for them. One staff member even went to the trouble to track me down to my seat and hand delivered me a pork dish that had been temporarily unavailable from his food station. Gym and pool facilities were excellent. Equipment was wiped clean after every use. (A little cooler in the gym would be even better.) I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely go back!
