TV reception was not clear

Had problem with google map (which works using HK Sim) , but hotel is is very good location with close to shops and restaurants. It wasn't noisy at all and could sleep till 11am, Like the late 2pm check out. I stayed for 2 nights

Beds are bit hard. The walls are super thin so you hear from the rooms next door, but I guess that is in all older buldings. It is not the cleanest place. But you get what you pay for.

The hotel is located very central and close to the subway and The Forbidden city. It is very chinese feel, plus for that. The staff is friendly.

Facilities could be better … no coffee but Bruce was great to give us some coffee powder

Part owner, Bruce, not only speaks fluent English but is extremely helpful in assisting us to pre-book attractions via WeChat. For the price we are paying and the proximity to tian an men square, we really have no complains other than the tap water was freezing cold due to the blizzard.

Only one day we run out of hot water (it was late but a good shower in winter is pure gold) and internet connection was poor...

The bathroom was really old and every time we took we took a shower the entire room was full of water. No shower gel and shampoo.

The staff was really helpful and give us good help and advices to organise our trip. The location is amazing, near the public transportation. The common area are really beautiful.

The room’s door has a window in it. It also has a curtain that obviously covers the window, but not completely, so it was a bit inconvenient.

The location is great, the bed was very comfortable, enough space in the room. The staff was really kind, could speak English and helped us book taxi for us at the night we were leaving the hotel.

The rooms were a bit cramped, and the pillows quite hard.

The location was very comfortable. Two subway stations nearby and Qianmen square right around the corner. Our host, Bruce, is very kind and has been a great help. His English is perfect and he took a lot of effort in recommending and helping us book a trip to the Great Wall. The interior of the hotel is stunning.

The location is excellent, in walking distance of all the main, central attractions of Beijing. Local shops and restaurants are all nearby and basically open all the time. The venue itself is a bit dated. The outer appearance is nice, with traditional style decorations and the large inside area where the rooms are located. The rooms themselves are tiny and a bit of renovation would work wonders. It's not dirty, but appliances are not so pretty to look at, loose or slightly malfunctional. All in all recommendable, especially if you're on a budget but still want to be very close the attractions.

It's a budget option, so the room is not the greatest. The furniture is old, the floor could use some renovation, the doors are barely functioning. However, if your requirements aren't too high, it's alright as a cheap space to stay in.

Really helpful, friendly, round-the-clock staff that are willing to help out with anything, such as setting up Wi-Fi correctly. The hotel is very central, right by the famous Qianmen Street, which is wonderful for fast food and shopping. The metro is just a few minutes away, connecting you with all of Beijing.

Needs a reparation of some of the utilities.

Location is good, close to the Tiangangnem square and also to Temple of Heaven. Clean place, good staff that speak English and help out with navigation. Good wifi, air-condition.

I enjoyed very much staying at this hotel. The location is really perfect! Located in a side street of the busy Qianmen Street, it is quiet and the main sights (like Tianmen Square, etc) are within walking distance. To reach more faraway sights, the metro station is a 2 minutes walk away. The room provided everything I needed (including water bottles every day), it was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The lady at the reception organized a taxi for me. All in all a great stay for a very good price! Can highly recommend.
