The first room I got was quite loud, but they switched me to a more quiet room very easily! One person of the staff wanted to fill out the review on booking.com for me and just took my phone, that I did not like.

The hotel was located in the city centre of Guangzhou and was good to reach by metro. there were restaurants and malls quite near to the hotel and the staff, especially in the breakfast room was very nice.

A couple of security issues: The door had no kind of latch or any other way to lock solely from inside. Also, the safe worked, but it was not attached securely. My only other facilities-related complaint is that I was hoping for an in-room refrigerator.

The hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly! The room was exceedingly clean. The hotel is right next to a ton of restaurants, and Tiyuxilu station, Exit A, is less than a block away. The early check-in and late checkout were highly appreciated, as I needed quite a bit of time in the room to work. I will definitely stay here again.

First we had some problems with check in. My friend forgot his passport but he had an electronic version of it. So some receptionists refused to register him but then the manager came and helped us to solve the problem! Thanks to her.

The location is good, the staff is friendly, the breakfast was not bad, the room is clean and has everything you need inside.

Staff didnt speak english. But its not a problem if you have translating app. Our room window was small. There were also rooms without a window. So look hard when selecting your room.

Location is great 1 min walk from metro station. Many shopping malls, convenience stores and small diners nearby. The room matched the photos. Breakfast was buffet style and was super delicious. They provide both western and eastern food.

The staff is very nice, friendly and HELPFUL. They help us to order taxi, even they help to send our package to another city. The room is clean, they have kettle also. The location near Tiyu Xilu mrt station, exit A. Nearby many plaza, so you can go around.

The WiFi could've been better as the connection wasn't the strongest.

The bang for buck value of this hotel is amazing! It's very conveniently located amidst local eateries and the room is super cozy. A breakfast buffet was included for our room and it is definitely worth waking up a little earlier to catch it.

I believe rate is high. I would like to come back to this hoteI, but I will surly shop around the neighboring area for similar hotel at better rate.

Only 50-75 meter from Tiyu Xilu Metro station. Tiyu Xilu is one of the centrally located Metro in GZ city. You can take Line 3 Metro from GZ Airport and come to Tiyu Xilu without any line change, which is great for a new comer in the city. Nice clean room, I got a room with window ( not all rooms have window). I will surely come back here if Rates are not reasonable, I would expect rates to be 20% cheaper than existing rate. I will surly shop around the neighboring area for similar hotel at better rate.

There are some stuffs (exp cleaning trolley, clothes etc) always left at the corridor which should be kept somewhere. Should improve with more welcoming feel from "some" front desk staffs, the lighting at the lobby is too dark, hotel could be perceived as more premium by increase the lobby lighting and redesign it to make it looks higher grading feel.

Location is perfect, very close to the train station. Overall experience was good but not excited.
