Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ChinaFor cleaning the rooms, we found that the rooms at around 17:00 still weren't cleaned (especially at the end of the hallway, cleaning was done in a linear way). Maybe change the linear process into leavers/stayers fashion.
The Canopy hotel is in a great central location. The view is amazing, the rooms are clean and spacious. I enjoyed the breakfast, the restaurant also has good view on Chengdu city. It was very easy to park and go and leave the parking garage.

China- Heard some weird noises a few times throughout the night, every night. Could not figure out what it was but sounded like an issue with the building itself. - Did not like the reception not being on the ground floor, inconvenient to switch between two different lifts.
