The service in the restaurant (breakfast) was average. The area of the lobby was quite windy and cold. Room was a bit small and no view at all. There isn't any luggage stands / racks inside the room and you need to put your luggage on the floor to unpack.

The room was cozy and clean. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was good. You can walk to the west lake. We got welcome drinks at the bar and the waiters were all very kind.

The day we checked in, there was some construction right next to the hotel and we could hear the drilling during the day, but the work stopped a day later so everything was fine.

Great location, great staff. Joey, the hotel manager, was extremely helpful in getting us a free upgrade to the king loft with other amenities. Kids loved the two floors and we enjoyed the huge living room too! Will definitely book again!

It was difficult to get to the hotel, the location map showed the checkpoint area incorrectly from subway. resulting in us walking an hour to get into the hotel sometime in winter -1'c and seek for 5 peoples how to get to.

The room is rather small for 2 people, an adult and a teenager. No nice view from the window. I am not sure we could see the West Lake from the hotel.

It is located in a quiet location of the city. The West Lake and the nearby shopping centres are all within walking distance. Excellent in term of location.

The location indicated in booking in the map is not correct. It seems to be near the lake and it is not. In fact that was a big problem for us to locate the hotel. This should be corrected immediately, as we spent like 20 minutes wandering the streets with our luggage and feeling confused. On the other hand, at the check-in we were asked to pay a 2000CNY deposit, which was more than double of the price of the room (we were staying just one night for a price of 900CNY). This was not informed in advanced and was not mentioned anywhere on the reservation. Considering these 2 details, we would not chose the same hotel for a future stay.

The hotel is very new and well decorated. The room has lots of details and was very clean and well equipped. The staff was nice, although I would have expected them to communicate better in English considering this is a western chain of hotels.

The hotel charges a very high deposit when check-in (almost one-third of the total price) The staff informed me that if you pay by card, you have to wait up to 7 days after check-out until you get the deposit back. HOWEVER, they also informed me that I should pay by Alipay as it only takes 2 hours to get the deposit back after check- out. I paid the deposit by Alipay as they said but I still have not got the money back anyways :(

Its a relatively new and trendy hotel. Location is perfect, 10mins walk from West lake/shopping area. Service is impeccable, everyone is friendly and helpful. Room is equipped with smart roller blinds, Nespresso, Dyson hair dryer. Enjoyed our stay here.

Fairly nearby the West Lake but my room had no view definitely. The neighborhood wasn’t exactly a very posh area either.

The carpet stinks. There’s blockage of the shower sewage. It was a surprise this hotel was ranked 4 star in bookings.com. It appears a 2.5-3 star place.
