Great staff, very helpful in all aspects considering things were quite hard to sort or arrange in China, room was amazing but we were given a free upgrade which helped. Minibar and snacks completely free.

Design, quality, comfort, location. This is the best hotel in Beijing. They allowed a late checkout without any additional fees. Huge gym equipped with technogym.

The bathrooms were a bit dark. I would suggest better lightning. The location was a bit off from the "main attractions", but nothing a short cab ride could not solve.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They alone are worth staying the night at this hotel. Other than that, the breakfast was also very good. The rooms are nice and spacious.

The dekor of CHAO hotel is held in an artistic and warm minimalistic vibe. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. The room is excellent and the hospitality a clear 10. I received on my stay extra attention and accommodation, I thank the management for this. I was busy on this stay with work and therefor didn't try the facilities, will do on my next stay.

The breakfast foods they serve are very healthy and low sodium. Some may consider it bland, but it was ok for me.

Our stay at CHAO was so much better than what we expected. The lobby is large and modern, filled with different types of art. There are multiple restaurants located inside the hotel, with a snazzy bar. The bartender was super friendly. Our room was HUGE, with a bathtub and extremely comfy robes. The room by far had the largest "living room" I've ever seen in a standard hotel room. Yoga mats were provided too, showing the hotel's attention to detail. The hotel is eco-friendly, and only provides toothbrushes on request. Toiletries are also provided in bulk in the washroom to minimize plastic waste. The location is also amazing, as it is literally next to the Sanlitun Taikoo Li, one of the trendiest areas of Beijing. Breakfast was partially a la carte and part buffet. Both Western and Chinese options are available, with pastries, home made yogurts, fresh squeezed kale and orange juice provided every day.

The staff were attentive and friendly, breakfast was tasty, the suite was spacious and everything was so well thought out. The hotel is in a great location and the room was quiet. We loved that we had a free mini bar and 24 hour stay.

The price was a bit high considering there was no swimming pool.

Excellent staff. Bilingual and helpful. Breakfast was spectacular with Western, Eastern, and health food options. Our double room with adjoining doors was perfect for our family of four.

The service. Not a 5 star hotel. The food was basic for breakfast. Tasteless and just not what I would expect from a real five star place. I recommend going to a real international hotel if you want 5 star. I had ordered a room with a free mini bar. I asked if everything in the room was free. They said yes when I checked in. Then when checking out I had to pay for the bottle of wine, which online is worth only 30% of the price they charged. I only had a small taste of it as they said it was free. Worst 5 star experience ever and I frequently try 5 star places. At breakfast the waitresses often walked around not knowing what to do. Or handed you a menu then disappeared before you could give your order. The options available looked plenty but the food that was served was very basic and plain
