Great location with loads of restaurant choices within walking distance and close to all public transport. Nicely sized clean room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There is no Sonderia hotel at Google maps. You have to settle the Google Maps location))) it is important for foreigners to see you on google maps and be able to find you there. Please, try to do so

I am so greatful to Sonderia hotel, i felt really home 🏡 1. First, i booked a hostel, but nice lady at the reception - Niwle - helped me to upgrade it to the nice better single room. Room was nice with AC, tea pot (tea or water are not provided), clean, silent. Instead of key 🔐 there is an electrical key 🗝️!! I liked it 2. I liked it very much, because it is the only hotel in China, where they speak in English 😃! Oh, it is so important! One week i have been travelling and noone speaks english! And here this lady Niwle and also another person Damon, both know English! Feels so good! 3. Damon helped me to book ticket to Leshan Budda, and Niwle helped me to organize my Panda trip, she also helped me to call a taxi. There was another helpful guy in the morning, unfortunately i do not know his name. What i want to say: the hotel is amazing!!!! I am very grateful to all of you guys, thank you 😊 may Buddha bless all of you! + 1. Hotel has a good location near the Wenshu monastery, i walked there at 6am, was very nice. 2. Near the hotel you can find Walmart!!! Amazing! Big market where you can buy whatever you need, thanks God! 💞 3. AC worked very cool 4. Internet is absolutely perfect, which is very very important 5. Downstairs the hotel they have amazing atmospheric bar, so cool, made of wood, very pleasant 6. Near the hotel there is a lady selling street noodles only for 12 cny, and it is very tasty 7. Clean linen, comfortable room, well working shower

The light in my corner of the bedroom could have been working.

I love that despite it being Golden week here in China, I was able to make a last minute booking. The place is wonderful. The bar downstairs has great ambience and affordable drinks. The staff is very helpful and since even speak English.

There is a strange smell that comes from the toilet after every flush.

Property is close to the metro station and there are many eateries nearby that serve delicious food.

Price for value is really great at this place. Chengdu and this hostel match, nice city, nice hostel.

Very chill place, good coffee, nice area for sitting and chatting outside. 3 important metro stations within 15 min walking range. They organised a trip to the panda research base, was really nice 😊

There is no lamp each the bedding...

The staff Lora and Green is very friendly and very helpful too chat by write because I'm deaf . They're very understanding. Good explaining about the map , the restaurant, visiting of chengdu. Someday I come back sure I take this hostel no hesitate!

The staff was more than helpful! The receptionist especially helped me with informations and upgrade. The hostel is very well located, about 20 minutes walking distance from the Wenshyu Monastery. Many good restaurants around.

Nice hostel with nice people and full activities to do like an opera, panda! Good location close to a lovely suburb of chengdu with a monastery!

LORA is very gentle and friendly, helping to solve problems! I really like the green plant tables and chairs outside the hostel gate. You can have a leisurely breakfast, enjoy the breeze at night, and watch movies, all of which are very comfortable!

Very hospitable staff. Nicole on reception was very hospitable. One day I asked her places to visit in Chengdu in the evening and she kindly sent me all information by weixin. The other day I needed foot massage after visiting Buddha in Leshan and she kindly found one for me and showed the route. I also liked the cocktail in the evening and the singer, he was singing and playing really well. I like this hostel, it's 10/10, definitely

The staff is very professional and kind, they speak a very good English and they helped me to organise the activities in the city. Very good position and good restaurant very close. They help me with an airport pick up service

- Toilet in the room dorn is not a great idea, is a glass box, there is no intimacy, - Not so easy to get to the metro, but if you are able to tap on the shared bicycle you can easily go to the city center for Les than 2 yuan
