Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaNot much to dislike when the hotel and staff are so accommodating and delightful. Even during renovations all guests are kept updated about the times that the noise level will be elevated - which cannot be heard from rooms.
The room was clean and comfortable. Amenities are fantastic. I always appreciate a free room upgrade which is always a plus. Breakfast is consistently satisfying and there is always something new to try every day.

The furniture and decoration of the hotel is awesome. Very convenient location to many popular places. Very big double bed which provides enough space for my family. Greatly Appreciated the professionalism of the reception staff(Sandy Yang). Have to say she did a very awesome job to communicate and arrange the work for me. The stay at China Hotel is really good. Will choose it again if I visit Guangzhou again in the future.
