Gym needs a couple of floor mats for floor workouts. Location isn't the best, bit of a walk to nearest metro.

This is a very well managed and good value business hotel. The breakfast was outstanding and very healthy with changing dishes every day. Kudos to the chef! I found all the staff to be very caring and helpful, in particular Kevin and Wacky who both went out of their way to provide a fantastic service.

It’s a bit far away from the downtown Xi’an area and from major tourist attractions such as the Terracotta Army. The nearest metro station is 15 minutes walking from the property. Not a major issue though, we used Didi rides to get us where we needed to be.

Modern, spacious facilities with a nice lounge area and very helpful staff. A special mention for the manager Kevin, who spoke excellent English and went out of his way to be helpful.

Sauna wasn't working, however steam room was. Front door didn't shut properly, you had to lift the door to lock it which was a small inconvenience, however over all a good place to stay. Not much to complain about.

Good selection for breakfast. Clean place, with kind staff. Our requests were met in a timely fashion. Kids enjoyed the pool table downstairs and the lounge area. Surrounding area has plenty of places to eat local food.

Went to the breakfast around 10 AM, and lot of food seemed to be gone already despite the time for breakfast was until noon.

The location was convenient. There were lots of restaurants, convenience stores. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The staff were helpful despite their language limitation. They helped me a lot.

It could have been a bit cleaner, after an hour or two walking around our socks were quite dirty which tells you it’s probably not mopped very often

2 bedroom suite is very spacious and perfect for a family, we also had a twin room next door and the staff opened the adjoining door so it felt like a 3 bedroom flat which was great. Nice and helpful staff, we got food delivered to the rooms via the Chinese version of Uber eats and it arrived quickly so the location is fine if a little far from the main city centre and about 10 mins walk to the nearest metro station

Very spacious Apartment, very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check the location beforehand if that works for you as it is an approx. 15 min walk to the next subway station (Yanpingmen) and it's on the other side of the town than the Teraccota Army.

everything was perfect!

The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff were very kind to us, especially Leo and there was also a lady who worked at breakfast who spoke English who we cannot thank enough for the natural remedy that helped me with my colic. In addition to everything, the apartment is excellent, comfortable, beautiful with impeccable design, the best place to stay in Xian without a doubt, we stayed there for a week and already miss returning. Leo and Miss whose name we don't know, we thank you very much for all your kindness, and for always helping us when necessary.

Nothing! Perfect stay.

Free upgrade to 1 bed apartment, extremely clean, room serviced each day, modern style and kitchen facilities excellent when staying for a longer duration. Free laundry service and the gym is very good for no extra cost. Staff very helpful and the location has lots of restaurants with in walking distance, metro is 15min walk which isn't that far really. Beds really comfy and WiFi was middling but I was using VPN. Umbrellas in room for any rainy days. Worth staying a little further out for a place like this.

Slightly distant from public transport.

This was a really good spot for the money. It even had a small kitchen if you wanted to cook. Very comfortable and roomy. Really good breakfast with lots of options. The manager could speak good English and others basic English. Not super central and the subway was about a 10-15 minute walk but really not that bad. I doubt there is anything of such quality and affordability closer to downtown for foreigners unless you book really far ahead during the summer holiday season.

The room was large and very comfortable. It includes a small kitchenette, which was very useful. The bed is huge and extremely comfortable. Amenities were provided each day. Everything was very clean. There are washing machines and dryers provided for free along with a gym and sauna. There are plenty of shops and restaurants right next to the hotel, but the room was very quiet at night. The closest metro is about a 15min walk away. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay and we would highly recommend it to visitors coming to Xi'an.

They did not care about their facilities. Kids were not monitored and rubbished common area regularly.

The location was great, super convenient. Being able to cook in the room made it a luxury due to the pollution outside during the time we stayed.

Booking.com together with the hotel over charge customer without showing actual all pay in final prices. Not worth to stay. 2. Not sufficient breakfast to supply daily, there is empty plates in the breakfast lounge. Breakfast places not offer clean plates
