Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

50 mins walk from the Shanghai Tower. Century link mall across the road. Range of restaurants nearby to suit Western tastes. Good variety at breakfast, very happy with that. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Michael and Eric? at reception. Water available in rooms. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was good.

Singaporevery convenient location, ~3min walk from Century Avenue Station, which is a very good area, very near nanjing rd, tian zifang, etc. (very minimal change in lines and stops) have a lot of food options nearby if you dont feel like travelling far for dinner, as well as a mall which has plenty of food options too. the staff was also really nice and quick to check us in :)

MalaysiaIt's just that we book for 3 people but booking.com sets the premier room for us which is for 2 people although the website says it's for 3 people. The staff had to move us to the lower grade room, the deluxe room which can add a rollover bed. The room was small in size and wearing out. If you're a muslim maybe it's hard as there is no bidet to wash your "equipment" after.
The cozy experiences at the lobby. The staff were really good and helpful. There was a cafe and I stayed there to do some work and it was a comfortable experience. And the room is good.

KenyaStaff spoke very little English even at the reception, this needs to be improved, the room rates are higher than many better hotels in the vicinity, also the deposit they are asking does not make sense because they insist on full payment, upfront for the whole stay.
To be honest, the breakfast had wide variety of foods but very limited or nothing in halal foods except fruits. Room was on the backside of the building, but very quiet and big enough for one person. Location is great, very near to a large mall and metro station and couple of halal restaurants nearby.

Indiasome of the facilities are a little old although functional. The meals in the Hotel restaurant should have more vegetarian options.
Good spread for breakfast and vegetarian items were labelled. The room is large and has all the amenities. The location is also very good, near banks for exchange of currency, public transport withing a short walking distance, eating and shopping options across the road.

ChinaOn the very day of our checkout, the hotel was locked down for contact tracing. This situation was extremely frustrating since we missed our flight and had to get new tickets after the lockdown. We also had to continue paying for the hotel bills even though we were on our way to checkout when we realized that the entrance of the hotel was barricaded.Generally, we enjoyed our stay at the property but for the unexpected lockdown.
The location of the hotel is in proximity to restaurants, museums and most tourist locations. About 30 minutes ride to Disneyland and close to the Metro station. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Dolly was excellent and we were pleased with her professionalism.
