Breakfast was good. The hotel was far from the Daxing airport. A shuttle to the Daxing airport would have been better.

But as for an American brand large hotel there is not a high percentage of English speaking employees. There are bathrobes but not sleeping wear. No store or sundry in the hotel. Breakfast is okay but not fantastic. Chinese restaurant is mediocre.

It's very close to the China International Exhibition Center and relatively close to PEK airport. Free shuttle to the airport is handy. It's still within a walking distance from Exhibition Center (a bit of walk, though).

Sometimes their card payment equipment worked with my debit card and sometimes it didn't so I had to use my credit card.

The stay included access to gym and pool-area. The breakfast had more choises than you could fit and all good. And transfer to/from airport was simple.

The airport shuttle was slightly difficult to book. The driver only speaks Chinese so it can be difficult to communicate if you do not speak Chinese. I was also unaware you had to book at least 1 day in advance, this is probably an error on my end as I thought they could pick me up immediately when I called them. The airport shuttle was also run-down. Considering how Didi cost approximately $4 (SGD), I would suggest for travellers to directly take Didi to the hotel instead as it's more convenient.

- The staff were extremely helpful. They tried their best to speak English to accommodate my needs, and were very polite. I am really grateful for this! - The room was beautiful and clean. - The bed was comfortable and soft and I had a really good time winding down at night. - The hotel is around a 15-min drive from the airport. There are several small malls in the area as well e.g. Euro Plaza.

Shower had an issue. When I turn on the warm water, the cold and hot water were not mixing. One time it comes cold and next time it comes the hot. I have complained this to reception, however I believe this is a big problem, there was not a fast solution.

It is a hotel where I always stay and the only hotel I choose anytime I come to Beijing. Therefore I am overall happy with the hotel. Next time I will stay in the hotel too.

I aid through Booking.Com for a room with breakfast. The first day I had breakfast with no problem. The remaining days, I was charged for breakfast even when I complained that I booked with breakfast. I felt this was unfair.

Hotel had my flight details but shuttle came to pick at the landing time. Hotel should know that it takes time to clear immigration so you are never going to be out of the airport at that time. Then couldn't contact hotel because email I used was Google and Gmail doesn't work in China. At the end we had to arrange for a taxi to get there on our own, which in itself was a bit of a struggle.

Communication during check in. It would be great if more information about hotel facilities been provided to the guests during the check in. Staff was nice but not pro-actively promoting hotel to ensure guests can get the best experience from the stay

Beautiful spacious hotel close to airport with a shuttle bus running to and from what is very convenient for a transit stay guests. The room was big and clean with really comfortable bed, nice bathroom with shower & tub, everything was working well, no noises from the street - perfect for relaxation. Hotel has Japanese restaurant, cafe, gym, decent size swimming pool & sauna.
