Actually the front office especially Kelvin the receptionist was extremely helpful to arrange the taxi for us to pick us up early morning at 5:00 am to the fast railway station and it was difficult time but he carried on for two hours to provide us a taxi finally we succeeded to get our train in time not to loss our trip to north China

The location is a bit far from the city centre but taxi was super affordable about $3-$4 and was no longer a big deal

Nice hotel and located near to Guangzhou South Railway Station. Unfortunately we only have a very short stay, checked in late at night and checked out early next morning to catch a train. Hope to have a chance to stay at this hotel again to enjoy the amenities.

What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. Every encounter was met with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, making me feel truly valued as a guest. If I may offer a suggestion, it would be to ensure that staff members at the information counter are proficient in English. While the service was impeccable overall, having English-speaking staff at the information desk would enhance communication for international guests like myself. Overall, my stay at Crowne Plaza was nothing short of fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable hotel experience. You must have your own taxi service for customers. We can pay per kilometer, no excuse. Otherwise, your hotel service is best in the China. Location is okay, if you have own taxi service.

Breakfast was good, enough. But you need to more focus on the Coffee machine, there is a crowded people. Location is not good for travelling and connect with other transportations, quite far, that was problem with taxi drivers, they want more money and some times cheat us, took more money. Example, if you go to Canton Fair Complex, usually taxi get 80-90RMB (by taxi, by kilometer), but they always asking direct money,180-250RMB one way trip.

Slightly far, there is some stores around (fruit store, convenience store) and some small restaurants but the area is quite.

It’s situated in Foshan, for the canton fair you need about 1h10 in Navette and.35min in Taxi. Staff is very very nice and helpful. They have nice restaurant, nice pool and gym (facilities are great)

Hotel WiFi was very poor. If you're staying for the Canton Fair, avoid the free shuttle bus and get a taxi. It isn't that dear, and you'd avoid the traffic jams!

They accommodated our requests and they were very easy to communicate with. The manager, Mr. Martin, was very nice as well. The room was beautiful including the view. I would definitely come back.
