Front Desk staff were super friendly, especially Maggie and catherine were the best staff I have ever met, Maggie and catherine provided lots of help and were always keen on helping me during my stay, I would recommend this hotel to all my colleagues and friends because of the help I got from Maggie and Catherine.

We had the buffet dinner. Despite a wide selection of food, it was a little disappointing. Food was not restocked, and much was somewhat lacking in flavour.

Friendly staff, keen to help. Enough of the staff could speak English that I didn't have to rely on my Chinese speaking companions. Check in and out process was great compared to others during the trip. Very close to the Ancestorial Temple and memorial to Ip Man and Wong Fei Hung

The ATMs didn’t work and the SPA was not helpful as they could not speak English. The floors in the foyer get very slippery when it rains, I almost fell several times.

An incident happened which I would think is due to language barrier meaning not understanding. They apologised for it. The carpet is bit old.

I found something in the room and when I complained to clear it off they upgraded me to a suet.

To be honest if I did not need to move the sofa chair to get the additional bed ready, which I found sweet wrapper, I would have given this hotel 10/10. The wrapper makes me wonder what else is not cleaned properly.

I only booked the room. It was a large family size room, upon entrance is a kitchen work table with sink and kettle facilities. There was also a washing machine in the bathroom. We had asked for an extra bed in the room, which was not prepared and when asked why, they wanted to confirm which type of bed we wanted - a foldaway bed or AN ACTUAL SINGLE bed (on wheels) as they could not offer a double bed. I was general surprise by this option and very grateful, and perplex by the thought that they thought I actually wanted ANOTHER double size bed as the additional? Not sure if this an option in other countries? The only downer is, the size of their double bed is more like UK large single. It is very close to Zumiao MTR exit A, and about 35 minutes away from GuangZhouNan high speed train station. Upon exit cross the road in front of you stay on the left hand side, not towards the shopping mall. At the end of the street just turn right, it is on the same block, no more crossing roads or underground walk way. It's about 5 minutes from MTR. Very close to other sight seeing and shopping area. Will def come back here again. Staff were very friendly, even though on their system it did not say that I had requested an additional bed, luckily I had printed all messages between myself and the hotel.

Before Covid-19 we had some mushroom soup and other foods on restaurant of Crowne Plaza which was really very Good and Tasty but this year we took the same menu but taste was not that good like before. More important thing is their toilets should be more modern its look and feel very old need to be more updated.

Breakfast is very healthy and good. Have many varieties of foods and need to add some Bangladeshi food items for Bangladeshi customers. Location is also good because near have many shopping malls and restaurants.The important thing is we loved the support and behaviour of the staffs too much. Especially they allowed us for more 4 hrs to stay as our flight is at night. Really loved their support.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old Foshan with good connection to Guangzhou and Hong Kong. The hotel is old but the rooms are ok and the beds are comfortable. The staff is great with a higher service level than usual. I had an issue with my membership enrollment but Maggie at the front desk was very helpful and did follow up and solved it even after I left China. I travelled for 25 years in China and Crown Plaza in Foshan will be my place to stay in Foshan going forward.
