Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyThe guy at the reception didn't speak any English but we managed to communicate with the translator. Said that we didn't get any suggestions of things to see or do. Of course, we were prepared in advance but a map would have helped. The mattress is absolutely uncomfortable!!! So hard that we woke up with ache all over our body. But the rooms were beautiful, spacious, clean and with toiletries. Our only concern was only the mattress!!!!!

ChinaI asked a couple of questions about laundry service and local transportation that they were unable to answer, which I felt was not OK. They're in the travelling business, and they should be able to answer these basic types of questions.
The value was great. It was very reasonably priced and the rooms were large and comfortable.

FranceUnfortunatly there are some negativ points. First, it is a pity that no one speaks english. But it seems that in all the town it is the same. The boy who was attending us was ok What we did not like is that we get 2 towels for 3 people. The answer was that all the were at the cleaning, but the hotel did not seem to be full of tourists. We asked it many times....we get a third towel for hands that s all. Really,come on....id you run a hotel you must deal with that....and even if you really had no towel left the proper thing to do is to get a towel ( buy it somewhere, borrow it to another hotel nearby but for such a small problem you made it as if it was something without solution. I run also properties and I would be ashamed to say that 2 towels are enough....for 3 persons. And please, do something with your beds, it is hard as rock, for two nights maximum... I have travelled for more than 25 years and it is the First time that I am writing about beds. You know why I am writing that review ? Because when arriving in our hotel then in Lijiang we had really a good experience with the hotel, staff....
The location of the hotel is good. Room is big. Price of the room is ok.

Spacious room,clean and comfortable plus affordable. If you take a bus from Dali town,drop off at Dongmen stop. 2 to 5 minutes walk to the hotel. You can ask the hotel if you need to do laundry. the washer is on the 4th floor. no elevator but its still okay with the stairscase. Recommended stay if you come to Dali ancient town.
